Uncanny Valley was a Hybrid Event which ran from 16:00 (UTC) Thursday, October 26, 2023 to 16:00 (UTC) on Monday, October 30, 2023.
The first phase functions as a Faction Event, with players completing shuttle missions for the Borg, the Klingon-Cardassian Alliance or the Terran Empire.
The second phase was in the form of a Galaxy Event.
This event offered a Special Pack with a guaranteed drop of event featured crew if you spend 650 
on the 10-pack pull.
Uncanny Valley was the second of four events in the Desperate Mega-Event Nightmares & Starscapes.

Event Rewards =
There are 4 sets of rewards given in the event.
- Solo Ranked Rewards which are given at the end of the event based on your rank in the overall event. These are the top-tier prizes.
- Solo Threshold Rewards which are acquired at each level of displayed Victory Points

- Squadron (Ranked) Rewards which are given at the end of the event based on your squadron's rank in the overall event.

There are things within the universe those bound to this plane were never meant to experience. Perhaps the fraying of space and time due to the anomaly crisis - or the actions of those who would take advantage of it - have opened the door to something more horrific than anyone can imagine. Or is there something beyond that was always trying to get through, waiting for just such an opportunity? [1]

- Paranoid O'Brien: "I want to believe my eyes aren't deceiving me, Captain, but with everything that's happening right now, how can I be sure it's really you? I've seen everything from doppelgangers to crewmen liquifying before my eyes, and I'm not talking about Odo."
- Machine Man Paris: "As out there as all that sounds, Captain, I believe him. I mean, look at me. I'm part ship at this point. I want to believe this is a nightmare, that I'll wake up. but it hasn't happened yet."
- Valeo Beta V La'an: "It's as if reality itself is breaking apart. I don't even know how to tell what's real and what's fake anymore. We need your help, Captain. Go and investigate these phenomena. Find a way to stop them if you can."
