Victory Points 
are a limited time currency only earned during events by doing shuttle missions. The more points you collect, the higher the Threshold Rewards you can receive. In addition, at the end of an event you will receive Ranked Rewards according to your overall position amongst all players. Victory Points reset at the end of each Event.
