Holo Reality was a Hybrid event which ran from 16:00 (UTC) Thursday, September 28, 2023 to 16:00 (UTC) on Monday, October 2, 2023.
The first phase functions as a Faction Event, with players completing shuttle missions for the Bajorans, Ferengi Alliance and Hirogen.
The second phase was in the form of a Galaxy Event.
This event offered a Special Pack with a guaranteed drop of event featured crew if you spend 650 
on the 10-pack pull.

All characters below give a lesser bonus to event recipes.

Event Rewards
There are 4 sets of rewards given in the event.
- Solo Ranked Rewards which are given at the end of the event based on your rank in the overall event. These are the top-tier prizes.
- Solo Threshold Rewards which are acquired at each level of displayed Victory Points
. - Community (Threshold) Rewards can be obtained by communal Victory Points .
- Squadron (Ranked) Rewards which are given at the end of the event based on your squadron's rank in the overall event.

Storyline
Announcement
The galaxy’s newest leisure time activity is proving to be more than just an off-hours distraction. “The Fourth Dimension” puts holosuites, mobile emitters, and Khitarian games to shame. The new holosuite is not only immersive, but it connects to any other unit of the same model, allowing players to play with anyone, regardless of where they are. But the fact that the game’s creator is shrouded in mystery is the least of anyone’s worries, as the game seems to be at the center of several other issues. Is this leisure time activity as innocent as it seems? [1]
Prologue
- Charlene: "I'm so glad you could make it home in time for dinner, dear. Your work always keeps you away and the children miss you terribly when you're gone."
- Kenneth EMH: "I'm sorry, honey, but you know things at the office have been so—-hey! What are you doing? Are you spying on my time in the holodeck? Am I not entitled to my own time to do with as I please!"
- Hologram Barclay: "I'm the one who brought the Captain here into this conversation. I know you're enjoying this new program, Doctor, but it's presenting all manner of issues. More than that, I don't think its mysterious creator is exactly benevolent."
- Hologram Barclay: "It's this new holoprogram, The Fourth Dimension. More than just a game or single program, it's practically its own lifestyle simulation. But its sudden proliferation is causing all sorts of issues that we could use your help addressing."
Intermission
- The Duras Sisters: "Clearly your human ideas of 'artistic freedom and expression' are merely bluster, Captain! All we wanted to do was gift a little fun and relaxation to the galaxy, and yet you throw out such baseless accusations!"
- Kenneth EMH "You stole my wife's hologram data and placed her in despicable situations, besmirching her character! She's a wife and mother, not Chancellor Gorkon's assassin!"
- Hologram Barclay: "Yes. I'd argue that harvesting vast amounts of data from every holosuite with your program installed is far from what I would call artistic expression."

- Hologram Barclay: "I can understand that. But it isn't healthy for humans to live in the virtual....though I suppose that raises some difficult questions about what is healthy for someone who IS virtual. Maybe there's another way to bridge the gap between you and your organic crewmates "
