With past and present colliding, once-dead victims and missing witnesses of old crimes have stepped forward to seek retribution for cases that were formerly closed. Help the galaxy balance the uncertain scales of justice.
Details
The Whole Truth is a Galaxy Event which will run from 12:00 PM ET (17:00 UTC) Thursday, March 2, 2017 through 12:00 PM (ET) Monday, March 6, 2017. This event offers a Special Pack that has a guaranteed drop of Grand Nagus Rom, Combat Medic Paris, or Ba'ku Worf if you spend 650 
on the 10-pack pull.

Event crew give the largest bonuses to event recipes.

All characters below give a bonus to event recipes.
Missions
For each mission, certain special items are required which can be assembled from standard components and equipment. To create the item, a crew member with a certain skill must be assigned. The better the skill, the greater the chances of receiving a Rule of Law. Bonus crew will greatly improve the odds. For each item creation, as well as for delivering a certain number of Rule of Law, the player will receive victory points.

Event Rewards
There are 4 sets of rewards given in the event.
- Solo Ranked Rewards which are given at the end of the event based on your rank in the overall event. These are the top-tier prizes.
- Solo Threshold Rewards which are acquired at each level of displayed Victory Points

- Squadron (Ranked) Rewards which are given at the end of the event based on your squadron's rank in the overall event.

Storyline
The temporal anomaly crisis has shone new light on many previously closed cases. When murder victims can speak up to accuse their killers and once-absent comrades can now provide alibis, the galaxy’s judges and juries have a lot to reconsider. The Klingons, who have seen their fair share of false accusations, have stepped forward to defend the re-accused, arguing that even the guilty deserve a chance to regain their honor. The Hirogen, on the other hand, have vowed to hunt all guilty parties down and see that they are punished—no matter how old the crime or what sentence the accused has served. With the Ferengi Alliance claiming to offer unbiased retrials as long as both sides can pay for them, no one can say for certain which way the scales of justice will sway. [1]
