Storyline
Announcement
Mirror Picard’s plans have moved beyond a petty squabble over a throne. He seeks to conquer Earth itself, finally establishing Terran Empire dominance over the Federation (as well as forever enshrining himself as the true emperor). But Emperor Spock’s reforms were not rejected by all of his top commanders. At your side, Mirror Janeway promises to help lead Starfleet’s forces to victory against Mirror Picard and his diabolical engineer, Mirror Geordi. Can you foil Mirror Picard’s terrible ambitions once and for all? Or is the Federation doomed to fall to one of its finest commanders? [1]
Prologue
- Mirror Spock: "Picard is an intelligent and experienced commander, but in trusting him, I failed to account for his human ambition. That error has endangered my people, my empire, and my own life. Now that he leads an invasion force towards the Federation, it appears we share a common enemy."
- Mirror Spock: "An alliance would be in both of our best interest. Divided, our individual forces are barely equal to his, but united, we have much greater odds of success. That is why I've ordered one of my remaining commanders to lead a joint defense force with Starfleet."
- Mirror Janeway: "You have a capable fleet, but we'll need more than ships to stop Picard. His personal engineer, a man called La Forge, has invented a new form of cloaking technology unparalleled in my empire or yours. If we're going to defeat Picard's army, we have to find it, first."
Intermezzo
- Mirror Janeway: "We have Picard on the run now. Once my people captured his engineer, it was only a matter of time before he told us how those new cloaking devices work. His fleet didn't stand a chance against us once we forced them out into the open. You've done well, for a Starfleet officer."
- choice A
- Captain: "Thank you. I'm glad we've had you on our side in this fight."
- Mirror Janeway: "Likewise. I was skeptical when Emperor Spock proposed an alliance, but your people are more resourceful than I expected. With a little luck, I hope we can finally put this disgraceful rebellion behind us."
- choice B
- Captain: "As soon as we deal with Picard, I want your people out of Federation space."
- Mirror Janeway: "And here I was thinking how long it's been since I got to set foot on Earth... You're lucky that Emperor Spock already gave orders for us to depart as soon as Picard's been apprehended."
- choice C
- Captain: "What about Picard? Has he been captured yet?"
- Mirror Janeway: "Picard's flagship was just spotted on a course past Jupiter. He's too smart to stay here, outnumbered, but if he makes it out of this star system, neither your home nor mine will be safe for long. The only way to end this war is to make sure he doesn't escape."
Epilogue
- Mirror Picard: "You stand in the way of destiny, Captain. If not for you, I could have brought my people to their rightful home, restored the Terran Empire to glory! But know this: I am a patient man. I will find my way to freedom someday, and when I do... I will remember your face."
- Mirror Spock: "An illogical threat from a man on his way to the most secure prison in the Empire. No one has ever escaped its walls, and I assure you, Picard shall not be the first. As for his few remaining allies, they will be easy to capture without proper leadership."
- Mirror Spock: "When Picard rebelled against me, I began to question the path your Captain Kirk once showed me, the logic of peace over might. Yet in the face of deceit and invasion, your peaceful Federation triumphed. You are proof that there is logic in such a path after all."
