Breakwater is the fifth mission in Cadet Challenges: A Certain Formality. It takes place on Pollux IV in the Beta Geminorum.

The Talarians have overrun Angel I.
I fear this victory may only make them bolder, and encourage them to strike against other Federation worlds who do not share their views.....
