Storyline
Announcement
Moll has given the Discovery the slip, but that is the least of anyone’s concerns, as her actions may threaten life in the 32nd century. [1]
Prologue
- Lt. Commander Bryce: "Changing fate? Destroying the anchor? What do all these threats from Moll mean? They don't sound like anything we know about the Progenitors' technology."
- Guardian Gray: "Perhaps they're a red herring? Or maybe she's not after the Progenitors' tech after all. I mean, whatever she's using to punch holes in space may be just as powerful. It's definitely impacting the 32nd century-"
- Hacking Tilly: "I'm getting reports from Starfleet Intelligence - mostly redacted, of course - backing up what Gray said. Whatever it is Moll wants, she's literally tearing up spacetime to get it."
- Doctor Kovich: "Perhaps you could lend an ear, Captain, and convince our cantankerous courier to stop her rampage. Failing that, I'm sure you're resourceful enough to find out what she's up to and to stop her from destroying the future."
Intermission
- Doctor Kovich: "Well done, Captain. It seems things might have stabilized back in the 32nd century. But I'm afraid you're far from secure there in the 24th century. l'll allow my associate to take it from there."
- Hacking Tilly: "I'm, uh, assuming he means me. Captain, Moll may keep giving us the slip, but we've still been able to gather clues based on where she goes and what she does. We still don't have any concrete answers though. We were hoping you could help us with that."
- Choice A
- Captain: "What sort of clues?"
- Lt. Commander Bryce: "Do we have any leads on where Moll got that technology?"
- Choice B
- Captain: "Where is Moll now?"
- Guardian Gray: "The last Moll sighting was at an unregistered Section 31 outpost. She and her allies left a trail of destruction in their wake. But it seems it was classified information at the deepest levels they were after."
- Choice C
- Captain: "Do we have any leads on where Moll got that technology?"
- Hacking Tilly: "None. And we can't seem to make any sense of how it works. It doesn't seem to operate on any existing knowledge regarding time or space travel and it definitely isn't a spore drive. I'm stumped."
- Hacking Tilly: "I feel like we're closing in on a major breakthrough, Captain. We could really use your skill to connect the dots and help us see what we're missing."
Epilogue
- Hacking Tilly: "Captain, I know this is gonna sound crazy, but...l don't think Moll's after the Progenitors‘ technology or anything close to it. I think she's after Discovery. But why?"
