Thefts of technology from the future, such as programmable matter, are on the rise near Augment-controlled territories. Spock asks you to investigate. Your away team lies in wait near a spot where multiple thefts have occurred and observe an Augment vessel modified with a cloaking device attack a ship from the 32nd century. They intervene and manage to scare the Augments off. Your away team is unable to stop any of the thefts that have been going on.

Moll seems to have gotten herself a capable group of bodyguards in the Augments. To get to her, you will have to get through them. Kirk asks you to get to work on precisely that. Your away team uses a divide and conquer strategy on the Augments; both mentally and physically. They create distrust toward Moll while also launching multiple attacks on Moll and her guard, ultimately breaking down the concentrated effort. Your away team finds in lVloll's Augment guard a formidable foe; too formidable to break through for now.

Harry Mudd has broken out of Federation custody and now, a series of thefts has several entities on high alert. Investigate. Your away team finds Mudd has once again gained access to a time crystal and is using it to get endless shots at stealing objects for a high~paying client. You separate him from his crystal and return him to Federation custody. Your away team is unable to stop Mudd.

Khan's Augments have been attempting to procure a variety of goods hinting that they may be building a new ship. But some of their purchases have Doctor Bashir concerned and he asks your away team to investigate. Yourteam warns Starfleet Intelligence before seeding a series of red herrings and misdirections to make Khan think the clues have been placed elsewhere in this time. Your away team is unable to find any answers.

It seems Khan wants to use future technology to shift the galaxy in favor of the Augments of the present. He makes an offer to anyone who would swear allegiance to him - any bodily modification they could ever dream of. Investigate. A cure for any illness. Ultimate speed or strength. Telepathy. Compatibility with symbionts regardless of species. These are only a few of the promises Khan has made. But your CMO's investigations prove them all false and you share your proof. Your away team cannot compete with the miracles Khan is promising any potential new Augments.

Khan is always one step ahead of your away team and you are unable to stop him.

Diplomacy Engineering During his travels, Booker notices Augment crews beginning to set up and become territorial over otherwise remote areas - but areas that will become strategically important in the future. He asks you to investigate. Your away team investigates and confirms the Augments are attempting to play the long game in an attempt to shift the balance of power in the future. They establish countermeasures to prevent a future Augment takeover. Your away team is unable to make any sense of the Augments' movements or establish any countermeasures.

Khan and his followers believe the future Moll has offered them is one where strength will rule, where the strongest will be given due respect. Burnham believes they can be reasoned with and gives your away team the task. After investigating, your away team learns that some of the Augments intend to build a new sleeper ship similar to the Botany Bay with the hopes of using their knowledge of the future to take power. You sabotage the completion of their ship. Khan laughs off your attempts at interference as the weak Federation being afraid of the superior Augments gaining the upper hand.

While attempting to follow Picard's instructions, your away team finds they are pursued. Not simply by Mo", but by several other entities who are now aware of the Progenitors' tech.

A group of mercenaries have stormed the Caves of Mak'ala, rigged the caves with explosives, and taken the Guardians (and the symbionts) hostage. Rescue them! Your away team synthesizes a gas that won'tharm the symbionts or Guardians, but renders the explosives inert. They then sneak up on the mercenaries and quickly subdue them without incident. Your away team is unable to get near the caves for fear of setting off the explosives.

Shran reaches out to you with a warning - there is a great deal of dissent among the Andorian people. And the prospect of a future power grab with the Emerald Chain offers some disenfranchised Andorians something different. Investigate. Using Discovery's records of the Emerald Chain's misdeeds, your away team is able to dissuade a reasonable number of disenfranchised Andorians from trying to preemptively launch the Emerald Chain. While investigating an abandoned outpost purported to be used by Andorian pirates, your away team is attacked by a trance worm.

Kovich summons you and your away team and sends you on a mission with most of the details redacted. When you press him for details, he insists the future is at stake and tells you to get creative. By speaking with Zora, your away team is able to fill in the blanks and complete the confidential mission for Kovich. Your away team investigates rather openly and triggers a call from Kovich, who insists your team is proving more a security risk than they are a help.

Gaining remote access to Daystrom's computers, you're able to turn the institute's experimental resources against Moll and her cohorts until you can reach them. She flees- According to the scientists, she was after a classified experiment. While attempting to storm the institute, Moll is able to turn the institute's security systems against you.

The various Stametses who have operated the Discovery's spore drive through its different iterations have all begun to experience a variety of health issues. Hugh Culber asks you to investigate. Even when the spore drive is segregated from other systems, this virus that harms the navigator during jumps is found. Your team patches out the virus. Your away team is unable to find any answers.

Your away team is investigating the site of a recent crossover when they are ambushed by Terran forces.

Calling in backup, you are able to stop them. Your away team is unable to safely get close enough to investigate.

Elnor reaches out to you over a private channel. He asks for your help, but also your secrecy, as the sisters were insistent on this being an internal matter. However, the Qowat Milat are being hunted. He asks you to help stop their pursuer. Using the coordinates Elnor gave you, your away team begins following the sisters from afar and is thus, present for an attack. You are able to detect a cloaked warbird nearby and to confront the pursuers directly. Your away team gets too close to the nuns and they attack you, believing you to be the mysterious attacker.

Tallinn enlists your away team in a mission. She has noticed a group of Romulan citizens have disappeared - Romulans whose descendants will lead the charge on reuniting with the Vulcans. Find them. Your away team manages to track down the Romulans being held by a grdup of Breen. You free them, even though you are unable to get answers from the Breen. Your away team is unable to locate the missing Romulans. You learn from Tallinn that a shift has occurred in this universe's future.

An illness has been spreading through Romulan refugees. At the same time, Moll has promised them a cure from the future - in exchange for their allegiance. Zhaban asks you to investigate. lntercepting Moll's communications and interviewing refugees, you learn Moll's cure may not be all it's cracked up to be. You convince some of the ill Romulans to see Federation doctors and are quickly able to devise a treatment for all impacted. Your away team's attempts to steer the Romulans away from |\/lo|l only makes them suspicious of you.

Engineering Diplomacy A group of comatose Romulans have been brought into a Federation medical facility by a group of Vulcans under classified protocols following their attempt to participate clandestinely in a Vulcan ritual. Investigate and devise a treatment. Your team learns they were attempting intense Vulcan mental trainings and that perhaps, despite the positive attempt this learning suggested, some of the Vulcans went too hard on them- Analyzing their brains, you are able to effectively treat them. Your away team is unable to make any process in their treatment.
