Trouble on Tap was a Faction Event beginning 12:00 PM EST (16:00 UTC) Thursday, November 16, 2023 and ending 12:00 PM EST (16:00 UTC) Monday, November 20, 2023. Players could complete shuttle missions for the Federation, Ferengi Alliance and the Klingon Empire.

This event offered a Special Pack that had a guaranteed drop of event featured crew if you spend 650 on the 10-pack pull.

Storyline

Announcement

Bars, taverns, pubs - they provide a gathering place for individuals from all places and times; whether to drown their sorrows or rejoice with friends. But with crime across the galaxy on the rise, they may also be providing a hiding place for something a little more sinister. ^[1]

Prologue

• People Person Quark: "Captain, what the hell is all this? It's hard enough running a welcoming business with Odo turning into wine bottles or candles so he can eavesdrop on my customers. But now I've got fully uniformed security officers hanging around and killing the vibe!"
• Jae Hwang: "The Ferengi is right. I don't relish it, but part of the appeal of our business is the cover it provides. If we're going to have Starfleet snooping around, we might as well hand out prizes with every meal and market ourselves to families, because we'll lose our core clientele."
• People Person Quark: "Right. We don't encourage crime, Captain, but if we go all goody-two shoes, we can kiss our latinum goodbye. You wanna investigate all these crimes? Don't spook my customers, okay? Now if you'll excuse me, I thought I saw that painting shift."
• People Person Quark: "Captain, what the hell is all this? It's hard enough running a welcoming business with Odo turning into wine bottles or candles so he can eavesdrop on my customers. But now I've got fully uniformed security officers hanging around and killing the vibe!"

Epilogue

• Constable Odo: " "Ah, thank you, Captain. Holding the shape of that painting was getting tiring. But your investigative efforts have given me room to breathe, as you humans might say. As for you, Quark..."
