Mariner, Tendi, and Rutherford have disappeared and their disappearance has coincided with a string of thefts across the quadrant. Could the trio be involved? Or is there something more going on here?
Details
Throw the Book At 'Em 2 was a Faction Event beginning Thursday, September 21, 2023 and ending Monday, September 25, 2023. Players could complete shuttle missions for the Federation, Section 31 and Terran Empire.
This event offered a Special Pack that had a guaranteed drop of event featured crew if you spend 650 
on the 10-pack pull.

Storyline
Announcement
A string of thefts around the galaxy unfortunately coincides with the disappearance of Tendi, Rutherford, and Mariner. More than a few in Starfleet are looking at this timing with suspicion. Are they behind this? Or is something more going on?

Prologue
- Mistress of the Winter Constellations: "Yarr! Captain, if yer hailin' us, that must mean you have something to contribute to our bounty!"
- Cadet Rutherford: "That's not really how Orion pirates talk, is it? And as for you, Captain, you gotta pay the toll! Either give us something of value, or we can take it by force."
- Deep Space Nine Mariner: "Does that ship look like they even have anything of value? Come on, you two, let's keep moving."
- Ensign Boimler: "You heard all that, right, Captain? They disappeared a couple weeks ago and now they've all gone off the deep end! Not only that, but there are all these thefts being reported and people are saying it's them."
- Ensign Boimler: "I can't believe my friends would do something like this. But what else can I think? Maybe if someone else is behind all these thefts, you can find out who it is and help clear their names. I'm counting on you, Captain."
Epilogue
- Cadet Rutherford: "Not bad, Captain. You might be a little slow on the uptake, but you managed to catch on. If we were gonna bust up that smuggling ring, we had no choice but to do it from the inside...even if I did grab a little bonus treasure for myself..."
