Details
Fish in a Barrel was a Faction Event beginning Thursday, August 31, 2023 and ending Monday, September 4, 2023. Players could complete shuttle missions for the Borg, Cardassian Union and Hirogen.
This event offered a Special Pack that had a guaranteed drop of event featured crew if you spend 650 
on the 10-pack pull.
Fish in a Barrel was the last of four events in the Casual Mega-Event Perilous Time Off.

Storyline
Announcement
Pascal Fullerton decides to run one last demonstration in the place it all began - Risa. After meeting up with individuals, past or present, who might feel some hostility toward the Federation, he assists them with sneaking onto the planet’s surface to hunt the unsuspecting tourists. Put a stop to Fullerton’s twisted games once and for all.

Prologue
- Pascal Fullerton: "Someday, you'll understand how altruistic my intentions truly are. You'll see this was all for the betterment of the Federation. But it seems a heavy hand is the only way to get through to all of you."
- Pascal Fullerton: "If you've come to Risa in search of something different, I'm happy to give it to you. Several of my associates, who have their own grievances with the Federation, are now on the planet's surface, and they're here to play a little game. Hide if you can, or become their prey."
- Risa Bashir: "I'm sure you heard him, Captain. We're all doing our best to get the innocent tourists to safety, but there are so many of his 'associates'. We could use your help!"
