Bugged was a Faction Event beginning Thursday, November 13, 2025 and ending Monday, November 17, 2025. Players could complete shuttle missions for the Augments, Borg and Hirogen.

This event offered a Special Pack that had a guaranteed drop of event featured crew if you spend 650 on the 10-pack pull.

Announcement

Prologue

Flustered Scotty: "When I said I wanted a good challenge, this wasn't what I meant. Food synthesizers spitting out a filet mignon when asked for a vegetarian meal. Navigational computers directed toward Earth instead leading us toward Qo'noS. And don't get me started on the warp core."
Chief Engineer Hemmer: "Come now, Mr. Scott, it's not all that bad. Think of all that vacation time you're banking. A transporter malfunction here or there is a small price to pay for a nice stretch of shore leave, isn't it?"
Flustered Scotty: "I'd rather a functional ship and a steady workday than all the shore leave in the galaxy. I'm doing what I can to keep my Enterprise in the stars. If I see one more tribble, I swear--"
Chief Engineer Hemmer: "Fair enough. As you just heard, Captain, we're all stretched pretty thin here. We're doing all we can just to keep things going, let alone having time to actually evaluate the causes. Could you help us?"
