An attack on a planet at the outskirts of Klingon space leads them to lash out against the Romulans, believing them responsible. Starfleet HQ sends your crew to help ease tensions.
Your crew sets to work immediately trying to calm both sides. Both sides are tense and resistant, but when the idea that the Na'kuhl are truly pulling the strings is pushed, both sides change their tune, insistent that they are not being played.
Your crew tries to intervene, but tempers on both sides are heated. The Klingons relent long enough to reveal contact with the Na'kuhl, but they refuse to halt their assault.

Janeway has insisted that the temporal agents from the future take a more active role in handling the Na'kuhl, as they are in direct conflict. Not only do the agents refuse, but they've made themselves scarce and your crew is sent to find them.
Your crew manages to find a few agents lingering about on a lesser known Federation outpost and manages to convince them to meet with Janeway, though they are still insistent that they are not Na'kuhl babysitters.
Your crew tries to track down the temporal agents, but they have ensured they cannot be found.

The President of Earth, lacking in self-awareness, learns of the crimes commited by the Na'kuhl on Earth and wants them brought to trial. His insistence catches the Na'kuhl's attention and they set a course for Earth. Starfleet asks you to intervene.
The President has everything set up for a trial while the Na'kuhl are preparing for a massive attack, but your crew manages to stop them in time. They drop into warp and disappear but Earth is safe for now.
The President is giving his speech (much of it patched together from old Churchill speeches and no Perry Mason lines) when a charged chroniton beam smashes through the courtroom, signalling the start of a Na'kuhl attack.

The Na'kuhl have laid claim to an uninhabited planet, believing it to be vital in the future. Their interest prompts the interest of other factions who are curious why the Na'kuhl want the planet. Prevent a battle over the unnamed world.
Your crew arrives and first reaches out to the factions swarming the skies to stake a claim. There is much debate to who should have the planet, but when the DTI arrives, the Na'kuhl flee.
Your crew arrives and tries to challenge the Na'kuhl, which riles up the factions swarming the atmosphere. Fighting begins and the Na'kuhl use the fray to escape.

The Na'kuhl disappear into the wormhole, but a frustrated communication from the Female Changeling results in your crew being sent to deal with the fallout of the trouble the Na'kuhl have caused.
Your crew arrives just as a Na'kuhl ship is fleeing. The Female Changeling blames the UFP for the damage they caused before they were stopped. She sends the captive Na'kuhl back with you, insisting they be kept in the Alpha Quadrant.
Your crew arrived and lands right in the middle of a fight between the Jem'Hadar and the Na'kuhl. You try to contact the Dominion, but your ship is hit and badly damaged.

Chief O'Brien contacts your crew when a Starfleet facility nearby is broken into and robbed. He asks you to use caution, as those guarding the facility were attacked.
Your crew arrives and aides the surviving guards. They then gather a list of what was stolen and, surmising the Na'kuhl are trying to build a conduit, give chase.
Your crew arrives, but struggles with disabling the security systems and finds most of the guards have died by the time they get inside.

An outbreak of a disease with no past precedent spreads panic throughout the human members of the Federation and Phlox suggests the Na'kuhl are behind it. But for now, he insists the priority is to find out what it is and how to treat it.
Your medical and science officers investigate and, through some probing into the DTI's database, learn that the disease is from a future pathogen. They begin researching and are able to create a vaccine and cure.
Your medical and science officers work tirelessly to find a cure, but there is too little information on this future virus.

Several Starfleet scientists are working on a tricorder attachment to more precisely identify alternate timelines and when a change has occured to the past. They have asked for your crew's help.
Your science officers and engineers aid in the research while the rest of your crew takes a mission to test a prototype out. While the technology has a long way to go, the results are promising.
Your engineers aid in the research while your crew takes the prototype for a test in an area said to be impacted by chroniton radiation. But the prototype is dropped and broken and your crew is guaranteed to be the laughingstock of Starfleet.
