Tarah attacked a Klingon Bird-of-Prey in an attempt to take it over. Her attack failed, but the ship is damaged. You suggest Joachim to handle repairs, but the Klingons are unwilling to accept aid from Augments. Convince them to set prejudice aside.
The Klingons' past with the Augments won't allow them to admit it, but you can see it in their eyes that they're impressed with the ease with which Joachim locates the damage and repairs the ship.
The Klingons cannot set their deep-seated resentment of Augments aside, even in a situation as critical as this.

Travelling together in search of Tarah, Saru is in awe of the Augments and their abilities. He has a great deal of questions, but his curiosity seems to be an annoyance to some.
You introduce Saru to Doctor Bashir and Sarina Douglas, both of whom are willing to indulge his curiosity and answer his questions at length.
You are unable to come up with a solution, but Khan assures you that if you don't do something about this obnoxious Kelpien soon, he will.

You locate a damaged ship that has been abandoned by a group of Andorian rebels, likely working with Tarah. Khan intends to steal the ship, but he agrees to give you any intel relevant to Tarah if your crew helps him get it up and running.
You manage to help Khan get the ship up and running, and, as promised, you are able to gain several pieces of valuable information from the ship's computer and navigation systems.
Your crew is hesitant to help the Augments. Khan and his crew manage to get the ship up and running on their own. But for the distrust shown to him and his people, he will not provide the intel you desire.

Your away team manages to gather what Doctor Bashir needs and he is able to save the patient. Some rest is in order before they're to be handed over to Starfleet.
You were unable to find the resources Doctor Bashir needed and the patient passes away.
