Downgraded			AND	AND		Organics fear synthetics due to their near immortality. A few brave synthetics are willing to downgrade their own strength, speed, and lifespans in order to calm fears. Help oversee these procedures.	Your away team helps several synthetic volunteers shorten their own lifespans in an effort to calm organic fears--and makes damn sure the universe knows about the sacrifice.	Your away team objects to what they consider a form of slow suicide, and refuses to help even willing synthetics downgrade themselves to calm irrational fears.
Heroes Are Made			AND	AND		Many synthetics possess superhuman strength, speed, and wits. Coordinate putting these skills to use in rescuing Federation citizens from emergency situations.	Your away team has successfully dispatched several synthetics to emergency situations across the Federation, where they were lauded for saving the lives of Federation civilians.	Your away team runs into red tape at every turn, and so far no synthetic has been able to demonstrate how their unique qualities can help save lives.
Measure of a Man	AND	AND	AND			Data famously won a legal challenge to his personhood. He intends now to make that same defense on behalf of all synthetics. Help him prepare his case.	With your away team's assistance, Data's defense is updated and airtight. Synthetics are hopeful he can secure them legal status.	Your away team is unable to make sense of the various types of synthetics, and Data politely suggests he will do better on his own.
Meeting Them Halfway			AND	AND		Some believe that if only synthetic research is banned-not synthetics themselves-those calling for an outright ban will be satisfied. Sound out anti-synthetic figures to see if this is a viable alternative.	Your away team has gotten several anti-synthetic figures to admit that a partial ban, on synthetic research only, might be acceptable. This is still not ideal, as it effectively means halting synthetic evolution, but it's a start.	Your away team is unable to convince any anti-synthetic figures to accept anything less than a full ban.
Regulatory Board			AND	AND		Some synthetics feel that if they are proactive, they can avoid a full ban throughout the Federation. Work to establish a self-policing synthetic regulatory board. Your away team fails to consider internal sabotage, and a synthetic in the crowd is hacked and reprogrammed to vandalize the protest's location.
The Three Laws			AND	AND		Although Asimov's laws of robotics were part of a work of fiction, synthetics realize that, were these actual laws, it would surely put many organic fears to rest. Explore codifying the Three Laws of Robotics.	Your away team has found few legal hurdles to making the Three Laws of Robotics a work of nonfiction, and prepared arguments for those that do exist.	Your away team is laughed out of every courthouse in the Federation at the suggestion that the Three Laws of Robotics could be applied as actual law.

Your away team fails to understand synthetic design and is unable to install agonizers as a built-in method of self-defense.
Audience with the Vulcan			AND	AND		If Lore could make his case directly to Emperor Spock, he's confident he could secure an alliance. Find Lore a path to face time with the Emperor.	Your away team successfully secures a private audience for Lore with Emperor Spock. Whatever passes between the two remains private, but Lore seems pleased.	Your away team is unable to secure a private audience with Emperor Spock for Lore.
Field Empress			AND	AND		Mirror Georgiou doesn't want to see all the synthetics' potential corrupted by Federation morals. Help her establish a "self-defense" program for synthetics.	Your away team has successfully seen several synthetics graduate from Mirror Georgiou's "self-defense" academy.	Despite your away team's efforts, few synthetics are interested in ethics lessons from Mirror Georgiou.
Highly Placed Individuals		AND	AND			The Federation would be more hesitant to ban synthetics if some of them were high-ranking Terran Empire officials. Secure placements for synthetics within the Empire's hierarchy.	Though normally advancement within the Terran Empire comes via bloodshed, your away team is able to convince the Terran Empire to promote synthetics as a way of gaining powerful allies.	The Terran Empire laughs at your away team's proposals. If synthetics want a place in the Terran Empire, they'll have to kill for it like everyone else.
Incendiary Words			AND	AND		Irresponsible members of the press have been playing both sides against each other. Round up these individuals for a "vacation" in the Terran Empire.	Your away team has seen several inflammatory journalists imprisoned within the Terran Empire until the synthetic ban crisis has been resolved.	Your away team balks at imprisoning journalists, no matter how inept, and refuses to carry out orders.
More Lore! More Lore!	AND	AND	AND			Lore has always been a charismatic figure, especially when he has a cause. Help organize speech opportunities across the Terran Empire so he can drum up support for the synthetics.	Your away team has successfully seen Lore through several speeches across the Terran Empire. Lore's survival of a few idle assassination attempts has won him respect as well.	The people of the Terran Empire are not interested in what one rogue android has to say. Lore barely escapes his first speech intact.
Silent Protest				OR	OR	Anti-synthetic protests are turning loud and headed towards violence. Use Terran Empire tactics to convince them to back down.	Your away team successfully intimidates several anti-synthetic protest leaders into cancelling their upcoming rallies.	Your away team fails to intimidate anti-synthetic protest leaders. Their upcoming rallies will go on as planned.
The Wrath of Captain Killy			AND	AND		Opportunists will be much more hesitant to wrong synthetics if they're under the protection of the dreaded Captain Killy. Convince Mirror Tilly to make a dramatic pronouncement.	Captain Killy's threat towards anyone who might harm a synthetic was so graphic that it was heavily censored across the Federation. Your away team is unsettled, but successful.	Your away team fails to convince Mirror Tilly that synthetics are worth her time and protection. She threatens you with bodily harm should you disturb her again.
