The Shenzhou's course is taking it directly towards a small, orbital research station. Help the Federation scientists move their station in time to avoid colliding with the Shenzhou.
The away team recruited a squad of ships to tow the station out of the Shenzhou's path with tractor beams. It was a slow process, but the station has safely been relocated, much to the relief of its inhabitants.
The research station was assembled in orbit, and although the away team jury-rigged a few thrusters on it, it cannot move far. It may not hit the Shenzhou itself, but it will definitely come in contact with the anomaly.

Cold Start

When the Shenzhou's anomaly brought Doctor Tristan Adams to the present, it left him adrift in the cold vacuum of space. A Starfleet ship rescued him within minutes, but its crew has been unable to revive him.
After several tense minutes, the away team revived Doctor Adams with a cortical stimulator and old fashioned cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Starfleet will be on the lookout for anyone else brought to the present in such a deadly fashion.
The away team tried every medical procedure they could think of, but none of it was enough to resuscitate Doctor Adams after his fatal arrival in 24th century space.

Starfleet may not have heard anything from the Shenzhou's crew, but they could still be trying to make contact. Study scans of the anomaly surrounding it for possible communications.
The away team's analysis revealed a faint pattern in the gamma radiation from the Shenzhou and its anomaly. Its frequency keeps shifting, making it difficult to detect, but it resembles the Morse code for "S.O.S."
The Shenzhou's anomaly is giving off such high levels of chronitons, neutrinos, and various forms of radiation that the away team can't decipher any potential messages from their sensor readings.

Exponential Expansion
OR
OR
The Shenzhou's anomaly has left a rapidly expanding temporal rift over a populated moon. Starfleet wants to develop a chroniton absorption device to seal the growing rift.
Using the schematics of a chroniton generator, the away team was able to develop a chroniton absorber based on the same fundamental principles. After attaching it to a shuttle, they closed the rift in time.
The away team was able to slow the rift's growth, but they could do nothing to stop the massive chroniton flux that is still forcing it to expand. The moon's settlements may be swallowed by the rift in a few days.

Identification, Please

Even if Starfleet can contact the Shenzhou, its crew is unfamiliar with this time. Starfleet Command will need a carefully worded message to convince the crew that any orders they receive are genuine.
Searching through old Starfleet databases, the away team finds identification codes from the Shenzhou's own time. These should convince the ship's crew to listen to Starfleet Command once contact is made.
The away teams finds confusing records about what identification codes to use from the Shenzhou's time, such as the difference between a "top priority" message and an "urgent" one. This will require more research.

In Her Element

Rain Robinson has gotten her bearings more quickly than most brought to the present by the Shenzhou's anomaly. She wants Starfleet's help constructing an orientation program to acclimate others to this time.
With the away team's technical expertise and Robinson's enthusiasm, they constructed a calming holoprogram to slowly introduce new arrivals to the present. Robinson promises to oversee it while Starfleet deals with the Shenzhou.
None of the new arrivals to this time handle the transition as well as Robinson did, despite the away team's attempts to reassure them, and Starfleet keeps finding more people displaced by the Shenzhou's anomaly.

After the Shenzhou's passage, one planet's inhabitants have been experiencing temporal reversion, healing their scars and decreasing their age. The pleased residents have refused to evacuate at Starfleet's request.
Once the away team showed the planet's residents a simulation of the downsides of temporal reversion, including the likelihood that they will all revert to their childhood selves, they finally agreed to evacuate.
The away team's dry medical descriptions aren't enough to convince the planet's inhabitants that the eventual risks of temporal reversal outweigh the current benefits. They are insisting upon staying where they are.

Starfleet recovered a damaged torpedo tube casing in the Shenzhou's wake. They need a tactical team to determine whether it still poses some kind of threat or whether it is safe to open.
The away team found the torpedo casing shielded by an internally-powered generator. With that disabled and no further signs of power, they opened the case to find a handwritten distress call from the Shenzhou's crew.
The away team detected unusual energy fluctuations within the torpedo casing but were unable to identify their origin. They've cautioned Starfleet to leave the casing closed for the time being.

Kes has the rare telepathic ability to sense feelings and visions across time. If an away team can brief her on the Shenzhou's ever-shifting anomaly, she may have a chance to make contact with the crew.
The away team translates their data on the anomaly into tangible terms, giving Kes an idea of what she will be projecting her mind through. Straining her senses, she feels several living minds through the temporal distortions.
The away team prepares Kes as best they can to attempt a telepathic connection through the Shenzhou's anomaly, but as powerful as she is, the disorientation proves too much for her mind to handle.

Perspective

AND
The Shenzhou's anomaly is distorting some aspects of space as well as time, shrinking the crew of one nearby Starfleet ship to half their ordinary size. Starfleet wants them restored to the proper scale.
Through a combination of unorthodox transporter techniques, the away team restored the shrunken crew to their usual size. They immediately asked to resume their duties and help stop the Shenzhou.
The away team came up with some creative methods to try to enlarge the shrunken crew, but none have worked. If the Shenzhou's anomaly has this effect on other crews, they may be stuck that way.

Piece by Piece

The Shenzhou's passage has shattered time across dozens of kilometers of space, with each fragment experiencing time at a different rate. Until they can be realigned, no ships can enter the region.
The away team constructed a temporal polarization device that, though very painstaking to operate, allowed them to slowly bring each fragment of time into alignment with the next. Travel through the region can resume.
The away team's scans of the temporal fragments only drove some of them further apart, and the scant data they collected has not helped to realign the fragments.

Starfleet Command is only receiving reports of new anomalies as people encounter them, but they want to prevent such dangerous incidents. Find a way to identify new anomalies left behind by the Shenzhou.
The away team identifies a small but unique pattern within the chroniton fluctuations caused by the Shenzhou. It should be enough to let Starfleet scan for new anomalies before anyone runs into them.
It is difficult to separate newly formed anomalies from the background levels of chroniton flux caused by the temporal anomaly crisis, and the away team has no solution to offer to Starfleet.

Right Place, Wrong Time

The Shenzhou's anomaly interfered with another Na'kuhl attempt to invade Earth's past, bringing their ships into the present day instead. Send them back through the rift they emerged from before it closes!
The away team routed the confused Na'kuhl ships, easily herding them back through the temporal rift to their own time. Starfleet is watching other such rifts in the Shenzhou's wake for similar intrusions.
The away team sent most of the Na'khul forces back through the rift, but a few of their ships escaped the system. If they find any temporal anomalies leading to Earth, the timeline could be in grave danger.

A damaged civilian transport is heading towards the Shenzhou and has sent a distress call from Starfleet. Send an away team to get their engines back online before they reach the ship and its anomaly.
The away team repaired the transport's impulse drive just in time to adjust its course. It sailed right past the Shenzhou and its rippling anomaly, sparing both crews a potentially fatal collision.
Unable to repair the damaged transport's engines in time, the away team had to evacuate its crew before the transport sailed straight into the rippling anomaly around the Shenzhou. It has not been heard from since.

A wave of temporal flux is sweeping towards a Federation settlement in the Shenzhou's wake, phasing objects in and out of time. Starfleet needs a way to protect the settlers before the wave hits.
The away team funneled their ship's power through the settlement's meager deflector grid. Thanks to the additional power and their shield frequency adjustments, the wave of temporal flux passed harmlessly over the settlement.
The away team tried to adjust the settlement's deflector grid, but the modifications were not enough to break the wave of temporal flux. Buildings, objects, and people throughout the settlement have been temporally displaced.

None of Starfleet's communications probes have returned after entering the Shenzhou's anomaly, but they are not about to give up. Design a probe that can hopefully survive a journey through the anomaly.
The away team surrounds a probe's chronometer with temporal shielding, allowing it to reverse course exactly two minutes after entering the anomaly. Such a probe could theoretically collect messages from the Shenzhou before returning.
The away team sends prototype after prototype into the anomaly, but only one probe returns, its databanks irreparably corrupted by temporal shifts. Starfleet will need another way to contact the Shenzhou.

A Time of Need

The Shenzhou's anomaly brought a 22nd century supply ship to the present, interrupting its mission to deliver emergency supplies to Deneva. If it cannot complete its mission, the timeline could be forever altered.
The away team tracked down the exact spot where the supply ship arrived in the present and found a rapidly closing temporal rift. They held it open just long enough to send the ship back to complete its mission.
The away team found only traces of chronitons where the supply ship arrived in the present, and no way to send it back to its original time. There is no telling just how their absence affected the Deneva colony.

Time's Own Pace

The Shenzhou's course will take it past a planet inhabited by a pre-warp society. Starfleet wants to ensure that the anomaly does not disrupt the society's natural development.
The away team spent hours frantically diverting displaced people and ships that would otherwise have reached the pre-warp civilization, but they were able to ensure that not a single one got through.
At least two temporally displaced ships crashed near the pre-warp civilization the away team was assigned to protect. Starfleet will clean up the mess as best it can, but their society may already be irrevocably changed.

Temporal eddies left in the Shenzhou's wake have pulled the USS Reliant into the 24th century. The science vessel was quickly surrounded by a pack of opportunistic mercenaries, and its defenses are failing.
The away team came to the Reliant's rescue just in time, driving the would-be pirates away from the displaced science vessel. They've met a better fate than some of the others displaced by the Shenzhou.
Mercenaries had already boarded the USS Reliant before the away team reached the beleaguered 23rd century ship. They managed to capture a few mercenaries, but the rest escaped with the Reliant and its crew.

Window to the Past

An unusual anomaly left in the Shenzhou's wake appears to be showing glimpses of the Shenzhou's own time. Starfleet wants the anomaly closed before anyone from that era catches a glimpse of the 24th century.
After identifying the anomaly as a subspace fracture, the away team generated a subspace field at the right frequency to seal it, preventing anyone from the Shenzhou's era from glimpsing this future.
When the away team could not close the window to the Shenzhou's time, Starfleet had to block it with a holoprojection, but anyone close enough to the other side will realize they are looking at something strange.
