Thanks to your away team, the Bajorans believe Suspiria to be one of the Prophets, and have taken her guidance.	Your away team's efforts fail to convince the Bajorans that Suspiria is one of the Prophets.
God to God			AND	AND		The will of the Prophets is a mystery to most Bajorans. But Suspiria has the ability to speak to the Prophets, literally. Assist her in entering the wormhole to speak to them.	Suspiria has returned from the Bajoran wormhole having spoken to the Prophets themselves. The Bajorans are skeptical, but appreciative of the effort.	The Bajorans consider Suspiria's efforts to reach the Prophets blasphemous, and refuse to allow the attempt.
Good Fences Make Good Neighbors		OR		OR		As a Nacene, Suspiria has the power to manipulate space itself. She could create a field of subspace distortions around Bajor so that the Cardassians could never threaten it again.	With your away team's help, Suspiria creates a barrier of subspace distortions around Bajor. The Cardassians (or anyone else) will never be able to get close again.	Although Suspiria's offer is kind, the Bajorans decline, wroeeird about isolating themselves.
Homecoming		AND	AND			Though many Bajorans managed to escape the occupation, their lives as refugees on other world were only a small step up. Suspiria can instantly bring these far-flung refugees home to Bajor.	With Suspiria's help, Bajoran refugees are brought home and supported through the provisional government.	The Bajoran refugees balk at being uprooted again from their new homes. They might not be as nice as Bajor was, but the refugees chose them for themselves.
Instant Speed Up	AND	AND	AND			The Cardassian Occupation destroyed much of Bajor's cultural sites and other important landmarks. Suspiria can help the Bajorans rebuild far more quickly than they have been able to thus far.	With Suspiria's help, the Bajorans have rebuild and reopened several important landmarks destroyed during the Cardassian occupation.	The Bajorans are wary of Suspiria and don't believe she understands the significance of the cultural sites destroyed during the Cardassian occupation.
The Other Kind	AND	AND	AND			Suspiria's powers have some Bajorans convinced she is a Pah-wraith, sent to destroy them. Help convince the Bajorans that Suspiria's intentions are good.	Thanks to your away team, the Bajorans have been convinced that Suspiria is not a Pah-wraith.	Your away team's efforts fail to convince the Bajorans that Suspiria is one of the Prophets.
Weighing the Scales		AND	AND			There is much enmity still between the Bajoran and Cardassian peoples--and the Cardassians still believe they are the superior people. If Suspiria made it known that she was on the Bajorans' side, it would give them some much-needed leverage.	With a god-like being like Suspiria in their corner, the Bajorans are suddenly seeing far more concessions from the Cardassians than they were before.	Suspiria decides the storied enmity between the Cardassians and the Bajorans is petty and beneath her, and declines to take a side.
With a Single Snap		AND		AND		Bajor still bears many signs of the Cardassian occupation. Authorities are split on whether to destroy or preserve them. Suspiria could make them vanish instantly.	Overnight, Suspiria removes all signs of the Cardassian occupation from Bajor. The Bajoran government is privately relieved to have the matter decided for them.	Suspiria fails to remove all signs of the Cardassian occupation from Bajor. She blames your away team for not correctly locating or identifying them all.

Small Mercies: Ferengi Alliance

Cutting the Middleman			AND	AND		The Kazon work for the Ferengi in exchange for new technology, in addition to supplies and latinum. Suspiria can eliminate that need by revealing advanced technology to them, free of charge.	With your away team as translators, Suspiria has revealed to the Kazon several new types of technology, freeing them from that dependency on the Ferengi.	The Kazon are completely confused by the new technology your away team and Suspiria attempt to present to them. Perhaps the technology is too advanced?
New Blood	AND	AND	AND			The Ferengi hired the Kazon to beef up their defenses in this chaotic time. Suspiria can summon different protectors, freeing the Kazon to find their own path.	Suspiria gives the Ferengi their own synthetic army. Suddenly the agreement with the Kazon is no longer looking so critical, and the Kazon are discussing what they can do for themselves.	Suspiria's attempt to give the Ferengi new protectors goes disastrously--it is all the Kazon can do to hold off the hostile Breen before Suspiria sends them away again.
Off the Bottle		AND		AND		The Ferengi, while increasingly worried about the Kazon, are also reluctant to let them go. With Suspiria's help, convince the Ferengi that the Kazon are a bad investment.	The numbers have terrified the Ferengi, and they agree to begin scaling back their contracts with the Kazon immediately.	The Ferengi are not impressed by the numbers, and continue to cling to Kazon mercenaries as protection.
Reunited for Good			AND	AND		If the Kazon are together in greater numbers, perhaps they will realize their own destiny beyond mercenary work for the Ferengi. Direct Suspiria to use a displacement wave to gather Kazon ships.	Thanks to Suspiria's displacement wave, Kazon ships across the galaxy suddenly found themselves together. They are discussing what to do with their newfound strength--under Suspiria's watchful eye.	Suspiria's displacement wave brings a few Kazon ships, but also many other, unintended ones. Your away team's data must have been faulty.
Somewhere to Call Home	AND	AND	AND			The Kazon have been claiming Ferengi land as their own, unsettling the Ferengi. Help Suspiria identify a homeworld of their own, and relocate the Kazon to it.	The Kazon awaken on a world that can be all their own, if they choose. Suspiria has encouraged them to stay there.	Suspiria is frustrated in her search to find a world for the Kazon that isn't already claimed by another faction. Your away team is little help.
Supercharged			AND	AND		The Ferengi only need a means of defense, and that defense need not be the Kazon. Have Suspiria help the Ferengi advance their automated weapons initiatives.	Thanks to Suspiria, what the Ferengi lack in numbers, they now make up for in firepower. Suspiria will help ensure they use it responsibly.	Suspiria judges the Ferengi and finds them wanting. She refuses to help them advance their weapons technology until they prove themselves more responsible.
To the Table				AND	AND	The Ferengi need the Kazon to defend themselves against each other. If their schism was ended, they would no longer need the Kazon. Have Suspiria transport the Grand Naguses to the same location to force negotiation.	Grand Nagus Brunt and Grand Nagus Rom found some common ground due to Suspiria's forced meeting. The schism has not ended, but hostilities between their Kazon mercenaries have lessened.	Suspiria's forced meeting between Grand Nagus Brunt and Grand Nagus Rom does not go well; the two sides are more split than ever and send their Kazon mercenaries into more and more conflicts.
Voice from Above			AND	AND		The Kazon sects have strong cultural beliefs, but no recorded religion. Suspiria could fill that role for them, as she did for the Ocampa. Help introduce Suspiria as a higher being.	The Kazon-Oglamar have embraced Suspiria as a goddess, and are attempting to appease her. There is hope for the rest of the sects now.	All of the Kazon sects scoff at following a female entity, even one as powerful as Suspiria. Suspiria herself scoffs and insists this means the Kazon are unworthy of her.

Small Mercies: Maquis

A Magic Wand	AND	AND	AND			The Maquis banded together because they felt abandoned to the Cardassians, their homes given over without their say. Suspiria can instantly remove the Cardassians from formerly Maquis land. Help coordinate her actions.	Without asking for permission from the Cardassian Union or the Federation, Suspiria has removed all Cardassians from the DMZ. The Maquis suddenly have their homes back.	Your away team is discovered trying to help Suspiria remove all Cardassians from the DMZ. It is only through swift action by Starfleet that an intergalactic incident is avoided.
Bounty of the DMZ			AND	AND		The colonists in the DMZ would have an easier time defending their land if their land gave them all they needed to survive. Suspiria can help them make their lands more fertile.	Thanks to your away team and Suspiria, the Maquis colonists' settlements are more fertile than they were before.	Even with Suspiria's help, the worlds the Maquis fought for have been too damaged in the fight to produce fertile crops for several generations.
Distortion Fence			AND	AND		The Nacene can manipulate space in ways beyond any known technology. Direct Suspiria to create a "wall" of subspace distortions around the DMZ as protection.	Suspiria's subspace distortion "wall" has given the colonists the Maquis fight for a means of defense against the Cardassians or any other encroachers.	Suspiria's subspace distortion "wall" has several holes. She places the blame on your away team for not correctly identifying the boundaries of the DMZ.
Far-flung			AND	AND		The Maquis work as nimble, small cells, not a unified army. They might stand more of a chance if Suspiria brought them together.	Suspiria has concentrated all Maquis forces in the same sector of space, where they can coordinate their efforts as a whole, if desired.	Suspiria transports the Maquis ships into dangerous spots, and several are captured by Cardassian forces. Suspiria naturally blames your away team for the mistake.
Jack Be Nimble			AND	AND		Maquis ships can strike fast and escape in a flash, if they can reach their targets. Suspiria can instantly transport several Maquis ships to their intended, high-impact targets.	With Suspiria's help, several Maquis ships are transported instantly to high-impact Cardassian targets, and pull off attacks that even the odds in their fight.	Suspiria transports the Maquis ships into dangerous spots, and several are captured by Cardassian forces. Suspiria naturally blames your away team for the mistake.
Remote Attack	AND	AND	AND			When aiding the Maquis, plausible deniability would be ideal. Suspiria can provide that by disabling Cardassian ships and space stations located in or near the DMZ remotely.	With Suspiria's help, you have remotely disabled several Cardassian vessels and space stations near or in the DMZ.	You are Caught! The Cardassian Union condems both your away team and Suspiria for the attempted cyber attack on their vessels and space stations near the DMZ. Starfleet denies the attempt ever happened.
Spit and Bailing Wire			AND	AND		The Maquis make do with what they have--which is not much, thanks to the Cardassians. Suspiria can give the Maquis several technological advancements unknown to the Cardassian Union.	With Suspiria's advanced knowledge, the Maquis now have technological superiority against the Cardassians, if not the infrastructure to capitalize on it.	The technological advancements Suspiria has offered are beyond the Maquis or your away team's understanding--at least, not without years of study.
Under the Radar				OR	OR	The Maquis began their fight against the Cardassians by creating literal underground cells, striking at the Cardassian occupiers from beneath. Suspiria can quickly expand this network, giving the Maquis more access points.	With Suspiria's help, the Maquis now have an extensive network of underground cells which they can use to strike back against the Cardassian occupiers.	Suspiria's efforts are overpowered--her attempts to expand the Maquis's network of underground cells does real, noticeable damage to a Cardassian settlement.
