The Klingons believe they're participating in a reenactment ritual, though you remain on set to ensure they don't get carried away. Your crew is unable to locate the missing Klingons, though there is a great buzz about two convincing new monster actors lighting up the horror scene.

A group of Klingons scouting the Earth of the 21st century they landed in have disappeared. Gowron enlists your help in locating them. After reconfiguring your sensors, you find the Klingons, now prisoners of a group of Romulans aboard a cloaked Bird-of-Prey. You manage to rescue them and return them without incident. Your team is unable to locate the missing Klingons.

Shortly after launch, the Hubble Space Telescope detects something large rushing toward Earth. Klingon vessels take off to investigate and learn it is a Sphere-Builder vessel! Engage it. Your ship confronts the Sphere-Builder vessel and leads them toward a trap laid a safe distance from Earth. It seems the Sphere-Builders have come back in time to try and enact their plants for conquest. Your ship attempts to take on the Sphere-Builders head on. Your crew is quickly overpowered and forced to retreat.

Several Klingons have begun engaging Augments both before and during the Eugenics War without regard for maintaining the timeline or secrecy. Investigate the matter. Your crew finds a group of Klingons forcing their way into a warehouse. You learn they are trying to prevent the spread of the Klingon Augment Virus in the future and believe this to be an Augment stronghold. Your team attempts to stop a group of Klingons who challenge Khan directly, but your team's interference is unwelcome by both sides and you are quickly overpowered.

A burst of light in the sky sends terror through many people on Earth in the mid-90s. But a Klingon officer's sensor readings suggest it may be more relevant to the current mission. He asks you to investigate. Your away team finds it was a temporal anomaly - one that was intentionally generated. You study the anomaly and bring the data back to the science officer. Your away team realizes it was an intentionally generated anomaly and attempts to find out who generated it, but is unable to do so.

Several members of the IKS Rotarran crew have come down with strange gastrointestinal symptoms and Alexander asks for your help. Your away team learns the impacted crew members gorged themselves on fast food, which didn't agree with their digestive systems. You are able to synthesize medicine from present resources to expedite their recovery. The proud Klingon warriors refuse to let anyone from Starfleet to examine them.

Command Diplomacy The IKS Rotarran has found itself back in the 20th century, a period decidedly devoid of Klingon presence on Earth. Martok tasks Alexander with helping the crew blend in until they can get home, but even Alexander is unsure and asks for your help. Your away team compiles information and items of clothing from the relevant era and delivers them to Alexander. However, he is still hesitant about letting any of the crew beyond the safety of the cloaked vessel. Your away team quickly work to compile information and disguises, but several of the Klingons have left the ship and gotten into a fight at a bar over the alcohol being weak, ending with one of the Klingons threatening a man with a bat'leth.

As you monitor the timeline, you see that certain historical and cultural figures are disappearing from it. Investigate the matter. Your away team arrives in time to prevent a pair of Borg drones from abducting Albert Einstein. As the baffled physicist watches, you get the drones to confess that they were sent to bring the greatest minds for assimilation. Your away team rushes to rescue Albert Einstein, but only finds his office abandoned and ransacked.

They are attempting to head for Romulus to warn their people centuries ahead of the supernova. You offer them help, but with dilithium difficult to come by, you advise against such a trip. Your away team finds the source of the signal, a damaged ship, but is unable to repair it.

Your away team is unable to pinpoint the culprits, but while investigating the mid-20th century, several of your crew members become very ill and are rushed to sickbay.

Your away team's efforts to deceive the enthusiasts and tabloids actually make them more suspicious when your team members speak of anachronistic events.

Your team begins working to counter or delegitimize the propaganda. Your away team begins trying to dispute the propaganda or even delete it, only sparking further interest.

Malcolm [sic] Forrest picks up radio signals from Earth in the mid-1990s suggesting an unidentified flying object is heading straight for Montana. He asks you to intervene before the tabloids unwittingly expose the situation. Leaning on amateur radio operators and UFO enthusiasts, you manage to pinpoint the spot as the future First Contact location in Montana. You intercept a Romulan ship trying to beat the Vulcans to the punch, but they flee before you can learn more. Your away team tries to track the vessel, but cannot get a lock on it due to cloaking. Eventually you get word of "aliens landing in Montana", though that news quickly and suspiciously is silenced.

You learn it was part of a plot to harm the ecosystem, leading to famine down the line. Your away team arrives but is unable to properly investigate amid the crowds of UFO enthusiasts and tabloid writers.

Your confusion and lack of present knowledge only serve to make you more suspicious.

Mirror Stamets and Mirror Phlox, in a challenge to see whose agony booth design is better, have tortured two Romulan suspects so badly, they are barely responsive. Find and aid the Romulans. Your away team manages to persuade the two scientists to release the Romulans to your custody, where your sick bay staff is able to treat them. The two scientists stonewall your away team. By the time you are able to take custody of the Romulans, they are in critical condition and beyond the care your sick bay can offer.

While monitoring the points in time where various displaced crews have landed, you pick up from television signals a political ad paid for by "Friends of Phillippa Georgiou". Investigate. In order to avoid changes to the future, your team launches a smear campaign just effective enough that Georgiou loses and is forgotten. Your away team decides to attempts a smear campaign, but Georgiou easily refutes the allegations against her, making her all the more popular.

Command Changes to the future suggest something may have altered the moon landing mission. Investigate what's happened to Apollo 11. Your away team reaches the moon and finds Armstrong's first historic step sets him right in the path of a group of hostile Romulans. You intervene with minimal disruption, allowing the moon landing to go as planned. Your away team is too late and must instead watch as footage of Romulans attacking the astronauts airs around the world.

One of your crew members catches a late night talk show broadcast featuring man-on-the-street interviews. And the show seems to have taken a special interest in some very hostile Terrans. Keep an eye on the situation. Your away team lingers in the background as the Terrans espouse their lethal thoughts on "loyalty." When one Terran is offended by the interviewer's laughter, you pull focus while another team member lures the Terrans away. You learn that several planes from both Allied and Axis forces have somehow implemented a cloaking device, but are unable to gain further information before several members of you crew are wounded by an invisible foe.

Data from the present timeline suggests an increase in deaths that didn't happen originally around the mid-20th century. You are asked to investigate. You learn a car manufacturer somehow acquired a cloaking device and figured out how to use it in a car engine. The influx of invisible vehicles has created more accidents, and thus, more deaths. You go back and prevent the device from reaching them. While your away team is investigating, they are almost clipped by an invisible force whooshing past down a seemingly empty stretch of highway.

Security Command Diplomacy A member of your crew detects shifts in time originating from the era of the Eugenics Wars. Investigate before the future changes forever. Your crew arrives to find an alliance has formed between Killy and Khan. Killy's 23rd century technology and weaponry give Khan the edge he needs to turn the tide of war in his favor, but your crew is able to overpower them and apprehend Killy. Despite your crew's attempts to maintain a low profile, they are quickly detected by Killy's sensors. Killy has joined forces with Khan and they abduct your away team to prevent interference.
