A Meeting With the Boss

Capture and interrogate one of the overseers at the Dozarian dilithium mining camp to see what information you can learn about the mine, its purpose, and who is ultimately in charge.
The Hirogen overseer doesn't care enough about his job to hold back, and reveals that there is a secret base far under the surface, where replicas of Starfleet ships are being built, and that Section 31 is pulling the strings of the operation.
Unfortunately, the overseer is one big, burly guy, and escapes capture pretty easily. And your team has now been exposed.

A Miner Issue

AND

AND

AND
Infiltrate the Dozarian dilithium mine. Posing as a miner, gather as much intelligence as you can from the other miners about the true purpose of the mine.
The miners allude to underground starships that the mined dilithium crystals will be helping to supply. It definitely seems like this operation is larger than just a mine, and your team will need to look for the starships.
The miners call for a supervisor when questions about your crew's arrival aren't answered in a believable way. It's clear that you aren't supposed to be there.
An In-Tents Operation
AND
AND
Snoop around the overseers' tent at the Dozarian dilithium mine to find clues about the mining operation, in case it reveals anything more about what the true purpose of this mine is.
A search of the overseers' tent reveals a folder of blueprints and dilithium requirements for various Federation starships... The Enterprise, the Yamato, the Excelsior, and more.
While attempting to search the tent, overseers return, and your crewmates have to get out of there to avoid detection. Unfortunately, without having found anything noteworthy.
Do You Hear What I Hear
AND
AND
AND
Sneak to the Dozarian mining camp's communications center and monitor subspace communication frequencies there to see if you can overhear any important information about the camp or the operation on the planet.
Your crewmate overhears an overseer offering an update on the construction of decoy starships. Luther Sloan, a known Section 31 operative, states on the comm that he has completed a list of alternate timelines where the decoys should be deployed.
Your crewmate sits hidden in the communications center for several hours without hearing anything but mundane security checkins from different parts of the mining camp.
Down Under
AND
AND
Sneak onto the mining camp's elevator and investigate the "restricted floors" deep beneath Dozaria's surface to see if whatever is down there can explain why you were shot down and what's happening on this planet.
Descending into the restricted area below the dilithium mines, your crewmates discover a vast hangar of what look like Starfleet ships! This can't be, as these ships are currently in circulation. Something very strange is going on here.
Your crewmates need to get a special access card in order for the elevator to descend to the restricted levels.
Hide and Seek
AND
AND
Scan for life forms on Dozaria's surface to see if there are humanoids on the planet in places other than the dilithium mining camp, in order to help ascertain who is running the operation on Dozaria.
Scans reveal a grouping of humanoids far under the planet's surface, lower than the mines. There is definitely something else going on here, besides just a mining operation.
The scans of the surface are inconclusive because of sandstorms in the desert.
Sick Leave
AND
AND
Infiltrate the Dozarian mining camp as a miner and fake an illness to get yourself taken to the medical tent and see if there are any clues there regarding the camp or the wider scope of the operation on Dozaria.
The other miners carry your crewmate to the medical tent, where they overhear the Andorian doctor talking to another patient about poisoning from starship fumes. "You should be more careful down there in the hangar with all those ships," he says.
The doctor on duty immediately administers a sedative, which will knock out your crewmate for several hours without learning anything important.
Surveying the Damage
AND
AND
Return to the crash site where you and Captain Archer went down, and examine the outside of the shuttle's hull to find clues for who shot you down onto Dozaria.
The heat signature on the damaged area of the shuttlecraft is inconsistent with weapons used by Starfleet or the Cardassians. Whoever shot you down is not involved with either of those groups.
While examining the damaged hull of the shuttlecraft, your crewmate is hit on the head and dragged away by a shadowy figure...clearly intent on your team not learning any more information about your circumstances!
