Your crew disables the decommissioned starship, and also disassembles the Mudd android who was attempting to steal it. The starship is returned to Qualor II, with a warning from the Corps of Engineers to the planet's security team. The decommissioned starship disappears into a wormhole, which collapses shortly afterward. Even if you wanted to follow the ship, it's impossible.

Find the dognapper and return the dog to Captain Archer's quarters, before Archer discovers the theft. Your crew searches the Enterprise NX-01 and discovers Porthos in a supply closet with the android. Porthos is returned to Archer's quarters without incident, and the android is neutralized. Captain Pavel Chekov says that theTox [sic] Uthat quantum phase inhibitor has been stolen from Procyon V. History recorded that an epic battle is to take place there, so get the inhibitor to the Federation and your ship off the planet before the battle. Your crew locates the inhibitor, stolen by a Mudd android. After returning the inhibitor, you see the battle beginning behind you in the distance as you leave Procyon V. It is unlikely that the android will survive the historically epic battle. The search for the inhibitor takes longer than anticipated, and the battle begins. Your ship will now inadvertently be involved in one of the bloodiest battles in the history of space.

A lone member of the Jem'Hadar is found floating in a shuttle, unconscious from an overdose of a tainted strain of ketracel-white. When revived, the Jem'Hadar implicates a ship called the Carrion. Track down the Carrion and destroy its drug supply. The original crew are not aboard the Carrion, only the Mudd android who has stolen the ship and its cargo, intending to incapacitate and steal from people. You destroy the android and the cargo, and tow the ship to Kabrel I, where its crew awaits. Your crew finds the Carrion on the edge of the Gamma quadrant, where it engages you without communication. The Carrion has more advanced weaponry than expected, and your ship is forced to retreat from the incursion.

Antaak, the Klingon doctor, was working on some Klingon augments, and accidentally created a mutagenic virus. He's developed the antidote, but it was stolen. Find and return the antidote before the virus causes mass casualties among the Klingons. He reports that there have been security irregularities lately and says that the clues do not match with the typical behavior pattern of the Cardassian Liberation Front. Investigate. Scans of the depot's perimeter lead your crew to a Mudd android, testing for weaknesses in the security system in order to steal weaponry. As you tell the android to stop and surrender, it is electrocuted by the force field surrounding the depot. Your crew scans the depot perimeter and the scans are unfortunately inconclusive.

You intercept a Mudd android leaving the planet with the cannons. The cannons are beamed back down to the installation team, and your ship destroys the shuttle craft. DIALOGUE FAIL

Command The Cardassians report that a shipment of weapon components has somehow disappeared from the Valerian trade route usually used for such deliveries. They suggest you start by examining the energy signatures from ships along the trade route. A search of the energy signatures finds one that veered off and landed on Fahleena III. A Mudd android is found taking inventory of the supplies it stole. The supplies are returned to grateful Cardassians, who opt to destroy the android. There's no telling how old the energy signatures are, or how long they take to dissipate. You regretfully inform the Cardassians that this method yielded no results.

An examination of a deactivated Mudd android suggests that Aric [sic] Soong developed the positronic matrices for all of the Mudd android brains! Apprehend Soong, and ask him to use his knowledge to predict where the other androids may have gone. Soong, realizing that his work may have caused some unintentional problems, cooperates fully and provides Starfleet with a list of probably locations for the remaining Mudd androids, based on how they think. Soong refuses to cooperate, believing that to go against Mudd as a client will damage his reputation as an engineer for hire.
Power Surge Science Engineering Security Captain Donald Varley from the USS Yamato asks your assistance in locating an Iconian artifact that has gone missing on Denius III. This is particularly concerning because the artifact is believed to have been an alien power source of some kind. Running energy scans on Denius III, your crew pinpoints the artifact, activated by a Mudd android. You confiscate the artifact and return it to the Federation, so they can research it. The android is questioned about it while in custody. There is no evidence of the artifact's presence, or absence, and you are forced to inform Captain Varley that he must have been mistaken.

Your ship receives an odd, encrypted message originating on Riley's Planet in the Nekrit Expanse. Oddly, a deactivated Mudd android on your ship powers up as soon as you receive this message. This is not likely a coincidence. Investigate! The message, at a frequency only other machines can detect, comes from a colony of liberated Borg who are using the message to reach other liberated Borg. The Mudd android is invited to remain on Riley's planet with the Borg, and your crew allows it. Once it is discovered that the message is coming from a colony of Borg, your crew decides it is too risky to investigate further. The Mudd android is deactivated and disassembled.

Your crew agrees this is a victory for the Federation, and puts the androids to good use. You ask Starfleet to repurporse the physically stronger Mudd androids as prison guards on Meldrar I, and they agree. Starfleet has requested you deliver a few Mudd androids aboard your ship to salvage whatever can be recycled from a former terraforming station on Velara III. Upload the androids' orders to their positronic brains, and deliver them to Velara III. The upload happens easily, and when you beam the androids down to Velara III, they set about dismantling the station immediately. The androids will remain there until their task is completed, then will be retrieved with anything salvageable. The orders were formatted for a newer version of the positronic brain than the one used in the Mudd androids, and they short out. You must take over the salvage mission, and these androids are your first recyclable components to collect.
