Mariner and Boimler are sent to clean Odo's office. Despite Mariner's warnings, Boimler rearranges Odo's office. Quark arrives and backs Mariner up and now Boimler is begging you for help to avoid the constable's wrath. Your away team is quickly able to restore Odo's office to its former state, down to the centimeter, before the changeling returns. He compliments the efforts, though as you're leaving, he asks who moved his PADD .53 centimeters. Your away team attempts to help, but lacks the precision needed to avoid incurring the changeling's wrath once he realizes his office furniture is amiss.

The Cerritos ensigns are dispatched to clean a Section 31 storage facility. But when they end up polishing the data out of several data crystals, you're called in to see if you can recover the data. Your away team manages to recover the data, though Section 31 swoops in and seizes it before you can make sense of it. Boimler is impressed at their precision. Your team is still trying to restore the data when Tendi informs you that there are some "weird guys" watching you all from the shadows.

After their encounter with the Dooplers, the Cerritos is asked to develop a training program for sensitive interaction with Dooplers, a task which is handed down to the ensigns and to you. Your away team manages to model deescalating a tense situation with the Dooplers, even as Mariner seems to be purposely agitating them. All of your team's efforts to comfort and appease the Dooplers only serve to make them more self-conscious, resulting in the holodeck overflowing with Dooplers.

Following the complaints of a visiting diplomat, Starfleet sends the ensigns to recallibrate every replicator on every California-class vessel before the diplomat's next visit - by hand. The beleaguered ensigns plead for your help. Your away team manages to help them without being detected, just in time. The diplomat seems pleased, though he is still horrified the Federation would ruin meat by cooking it, rather than allowing the bacteria to grow to a delectable level. Your away team works as fast as they can, but even they are no match for Starfleet's impossible demands.

While sweeping up Mott's barbershop, Boimler mistakes a tribble for the toupe of an admiral he respects, leading to outrage and overwhelm. Intervene before Boimler drowns in tribbles, or worse, gets demoted. Your away team is able to contain all the tribbles by a combination of (humane) vaccuum use and an unmanned shuttle. You are able to calm the admiral's rage and prevent Boimler's demotion. Mott's is filled to bursting with tribbles by the time your away team arrives. When you open the doors, tribbles flow into the hall, Boimler, Mott, and the admiral carried away by them.

Mariner and Boimler are in the hot seat when several of Quark's patrons fall ill after they assisted him with preparing food. Find out what happened. Your away team is able to learn that, rather than serving fresh tube grubs, Boimler and Mariner used a stash of pre-chewed grubs from Moogie Rom had lying around and you're able to treat the ill. Your away team is unable to determine a cause and thus, unable to provide a solution.

In an effort to get in Ransom's good graces, Steve Stevens tries to beat Ransom's best score on a Starfleet training holoprogram, only to fail so miserably, the program locks. The ensigns are sent to rescue him and enlist your help. Your team manages to access the holodeck and, along with the ensigns, gain a respectable score on the program. Stevens' confidence is bolstered, but Rutherford confides in you he felt bad for the guy and modified the program to make it easier. Your away team is unable to access the holodeck and is forced to listen to Stevens' lamentations from outside.

Engineering Command Tendi and Rutherford are deployed to Voyager to make repairs - unfortunately it's the iteration of Voyager trapped in the Year of Hell! They hail you pleading for help. Your away team joins them and manages to endure through the entire ordeal. Your away team is exhausted by the end, though both Tendi and Rutherford exclaim how fun it was. Your away team works hard on repairs, only for them to be completely undone by a temporal distortion.

When the Cerritos deploys to a distant region of space to investigate an anomaly there, they are suddenly hailed by an unfamiliar species who insist the ship is in their spot. Mariner enlists your help in finding a docking spot for the ship. Through your efforts, it is learned the species is transdimensional and prefers their spots free across dimensions. Finally, you manage to coordinate an acceptable spot in this dimension. Your away team's efforts to find an acceptable spot end in the species outraged, accusing you of damaging their ship, even if you never saw or contacted it on your end.

While catsitting Spot for Data, who is on a mission in the Beta Quadrant, the crafty feline manages to evade Mariner and Boimler - and slip aboard a departing shuttlecraft! Mariner and Boimler beg you to catch that darn cat! Your away team manages to locate the shuttlecraft with the stowaway feline before any damage can be done and return Spot to Data's quarters with hardly anyone the wiser. Your away team catches up to a shuttlecraft that recently departed the Enterprise - only to find out that rather than bearing Spot, it bears a group of Ferengi embarking on a bachelor cruise to Risa.

Command Freeman dispatches the ensigns to scrub the Jeffries tubes, as they've begun to smell. However, they put out a panicked call to you when they find tribbles breeding in the tubes! Your away team is able to quarantine and control the tribble outbreak, though they still leave the scrubbing to the ensigns. Your away team is unable to control the tribbles before they inundate the Jeffries tubes.

Command Tendi and Rutherford have been sent to update the Doctor's subroutines, but within an hour of arrival, they plead with you for help. What could possibly be so difficult? Somewhere into the tenth consecutive hour of the Doctor talking nonstop about his prospective sequels to Photons Be Free (which he now sees as a ten volume epic), your away team finally manages to finish the updates. The Doctor's nonstop talking about everything from his holonovels to his golf swing makes it impossible to focus on the required updates.

The ensigns are enlisted for a truly treachorous mission - altering all displayed images of Klingons to ensure they all have ridges. But the task sparks more than a little controversy and you are asked to step in. Your away team manages to convince the requesting Klingon diplomat to rethink the idea, detailing the glories of Klingons without ridges and the importance of their memories being celebrated as is. Your away team attempts to intervene, but their suggested solution only angers the Klingon diplomat who made the initial request.

Badgey has been forcing his way into holoprograms meant to depict historic moments in Federation history. Assist the Cerritos crew members in reprogramming the holoprograms. Your away team manages to remove Badgey and prevent him from accessing the other programs. On your way out, Tendi mentions that there are four more seasons of holoprograms, but Mariner doesn't feeling like dealing with them, so she just deletes them. Your away team is unable to remove Badgey in time before he uses the Xindi weapon to blow up the Earth.

Acting on an order from Shan, Freeman assigns the lower decks ensigns to catalogue and then alphabetize all Starfleet personnel who have arrived via temporal anomaly. The ensigns recruit your away team to help. You surprisingly manage to compile a catalogue of currently known anomalies, though the ensigns quarrel over whether alphabetization should start with Adira or 1701 Jadzia Dax. Your away team attempts to help, but the task of cataloguing well over 1000 char-er, crew, is daunting.

Maxwell Forrest enlists the ensigns - and you - to help him solve a vexing mystery. He keeps receiving mail for a Malcom Forrest. Find the alliterative imposter and convince him to change his address! Your away team manages to locate Malcolm Forrest - a security ensign on a Galaxy-class ship - and to convince him to have his 602 Club flyers forwarded to his current address. Your away team is unable to locate Malcolm Forrest, though oddly enough, their paths keep crossing with Malcolm Reed.
