OR
Security
Diplomacy
AND
Command
Diplomacy A war-weary Alidar Jarok is one of few Romulan admirals opposing a war with the Dominion. He has vowed not to fight unless he receives absolute proof the Dominion is hostile. Convince more admirals to do the same. Although Romulan admirals are not known for waiting for other powers to strike first, the away team’s arguments and Jarok’s reputation convince many to take his vow of neutrality regarding the Dominion. Breaking Chains Security Diplomacy
AND
Command
Diplomacy Shinzon was contacted by a group of Jem'Hadar wanting to be "freed" from the Founders as he tried to free the Remans. Meet with them and learn their true intentions before Shinzon's liberation attempt starts a war. The away team arrives at the Jem’Hadar camp only to learn that its soldier have never even heard of Shinzon. Further investigation reveals that the transmission Shinzon received was a holographic forgery. The away team can't find the source of the Jem'Hadar transmission before Shinzon reaches a Jem'Hadar outpost. The confused soldiers saw his presence as an attack, and many lives were lost on both sides.
Firewall Engineering Science
OR
Engineering
Science Elim Garak has Obsidian Order access codes which would give the Romulans direct evidence of the Order's plots, but his personal security network has grown so intelligent that it won't even let Garak himself in! It takes the better part of a day, but the away team finally breaks through Garak’s borderline sentient security algorithms and finds Obsidian Order access codes. The Romulans will be very interested in using them. The away team's best efforts aren't enough to get past Garak's security algorithm, which is so complex it borders on sentient. Whatever plans the Order is discussing, the Romulans have no way of accessing them.
I Spy Engineering
OR
Command
Engineering Security The Romulans do not believe there is an Obsidian Order plot against them, but they are always eager to protect their empire. Help a military base on Chaltok IV improve its sensor scanning for potential infiltrators. The away team increases the Romulan base’s sensor resolution twofold. This lets the Romulans spot an unauthorized Cardassian vessel in the region, raising suspicions about the Obsidian Order’s plans after all. DIALOGUE FAIL
Keep Your Friends Close Diplomacy Medicine
AND
Security
Medicine Still suspicious of the Dominion, Kimara Cretak believes a strangely behaving staff member is a Changeling, despite negative blood screenings. Conduct a thorough medical examination to find the cause of this behavior. After a series of tests, the away team confirms that Cretak’s aide is indeed a Romulan, but her strange behavior is due to newly implanted psychological suggestions – a favored technique of the Obsidian Order. Although the away team concludes that Cretak's aide is a Romulan, not a Changeling, they are unable to find an explanation for her changed behavior. Still not willing to trust the aide, Cretak fires her.
Plague Doctors Medicine
AND
Diplomacy
Medicine A disease has broken out on Romulus that looks remarkably similar to the Teplan blight. Many Romulans believe the Dominion has infected them somehow. Study the afflicted to learn the true nature of the disease. The away team reports that although the Romulans’ affliction shares many symptoms with the Teplan blight, it is a naturally mutated version of a curable native virus, not a sign of biological warfare from the Dominion. Although the away team learns that the new disease on Romulus is curable, they are unable to determine its origins. Suspecting biological warfare from the Dominion, the military begins planning retaliation in kind.
Silent Listeners Science
OR
Engineering
Science A Romulan listening post near Dominion space has gone quiet, and the military fears it has been attacked. Scan the region to learn the base's status and prove that this was not a Dominion act of aggression. The away team detects stable lifesigns at the Romulan listening post and a nearby satellite jamming their transmissions, with a typically Cardassian molecular makeup. The Dominion is decidedly not responsible. The away team's scans confirm that there are stable lifesigns at the Romulan listening post, but they can't pinpoint the reason for its radio silence. Romulan fears of a Dominion strike increase.

Security Engineering Sela's is one of the loudest voices calling for war against the Dominion. It would take a first-hand admission from an Obsidian Order operative to convince her that they're manipulating the Senate...if you can find one. The away team’s investigation reveals that Praetor Neral has been replaced by a surgically altered Cardassian agent! Once shown his DNA results, even battle-ready Sela admits that the Order has manipulated the Senate. The away team searches for an Obsidian Order operative among the Senate, but finds nothing. Their efforts are ridiculed, and Sela's warmongering faction gains supporters every day.
The Father of Us All Diplomacy
AND
Command
Diplomacy As many Romulans consider another war with the Dominion, a voice of reason and logic could help maintain peace. Help Surak prepare a speech that will overcome the Romulans' ancient rejection of his ways. Surak’s speech is broadcast across Romulus thanks to the reunification movement. The away team’s poignant appeal to peace and interspecies cooperation resonates with many Romulans, and war plans slow. Although the away team writes an impressive speech encouraging peace and trust among different worlds, the Romulan public decries Surak's broadcast, much as their forefathers decried his teachings ages ago.
You Have the Floor Security Security
AND
Command
Security Given their significant history, Picard hopes he can talk the Romulans out of a war with the Dominion. Not all feel kindly towards him, however. Provide a secure escort to his audience with the Senate. While the away team escorts Picard to his meeting, undercover Cardassian agents attempt to waylay them. Fortunately, the team was expecting resistance, and Picard is able to present his arguments to the Senate. Sevreal undercover Obsidian Order agents ambush the away team and Picard on their way to the Senate. The team has to retreat, and Picard is unable to make his plea for peace.

Deathbed Confessions Medicine Security Diplomacy
OR
Command
The Obsidian Order suspects one of its operatives of relaying warnings to the Romulans. Attend the dying operative's shri-tal disguised as family members and get him to confess the truth. Convinced that the away team were close family members, the operative brokenly confessed to sharing war plans with a Romulan captain. The Obsidian Order will make sure the captain does not reach Romulus. Although the away team convincingly disguised themselves as long-lost family members, they were unable to get the operative to confess to anything of relevance.
Defective Defector Medicine Security
AND
Diplomacy
Security As the Dominion inches towards another war, the Order fears that Weyoun 6 may undo their orchestrations by betraying the Dominion's plans to the Federation. Send a team to locate and capture him, unharmed. The away team lays a trap near Dominion-controlled space, posing as Federation diplomats. When Weyoun 6 hails them, they take him into custody. His knowledge of the Founders should prove useful to the Order. The away team tracks down many different version of the many different clones of Weyoun, but they find no trace of Weyoun 6.
Et Tu, Pardek? Command Engineering
OR
Science
Engineering The Obsidian Order has acquired recordings from Senator Pardek's attempted invasion of Vulcan. Modify the recordings to suggest he's planning an invasion of Dominion space and see that they reach the Founders. The away team convincingly recreates Senator Pardek's voice laying out a strategic attack on the Dominion. When the recordings reach the Dominion, no amount of Romulan denials can appease them. The away team can't convincingly recreate Senator Pardek's voice. Rather than leak an obviously fake recording to the Dominion, the Obsidian Order scraps the entire plan.

Diplomacy
AND
Security
The Klingons have been enemies with the Romulans for centuries, a resentful history the Order can take advantage of. Make a recent Klingon attack on Carraya IV look like the work of the Jem'Hadar. The away team uses a cache of Jem’Hadar weapons to bombard the deserted battleground. The weapons’ residue convinces the Romulans that the Jem’Hadar must have been behind the attack. The away team's messy attempt to leave Jem'Hadar weapon traces on the battleground makes it impossible for the Romulans to tell what sort of weapons were used at all. They cannot identify the attackers.
Red-Handed Security Command Security

Ever since Senator Vreenak's death drew the Romulans into the Dominion War, they have searched for his assassin. Giving them a lead on a Changeling "culprit" should stoke the Romulans' thirst for revenge. The away team modifies a sample of a Changeling’s morphogenic matrix to look like it was found in the wreckage of Vreenak’s shuttle. Once informed, the Romulans begin hunting for the Changeling in question. Obtaining a tissue sample from a Changeling is easy, but planting it among the evidence from Vreenak's assassination is not. The away team can't frame the Dominion further for Vreenak's murder.

Elim Garak has found evidence that the Dominion is secretly holding Romulan prisoners even after the Dominion War. It would be inconvenient for the Dominion and good for the prisoners if they were to escape. The away team stages a mass breakout at the Dominion internment camp. Thanks to their bravery, the long-lost Romulan prisoners make it home safely, and Romulan resentment of the Dominion deepens. The away team plans an assault on the Dominion internment camp, but their shuttle is quickly spotted by Jem'Hadar forces. They retreat under heavy fire, and the Romulans remain imprisoned.
Sick Leave Security Medicine

A suspected Tal Shiar agent is visiting Cardassia Prime. Whether she's innocent or not, the Obsidian Order wants her gone before she can uncover their plans. See that her "vacation" is cut short by poor health. The away team puts a dose of Terothka virus in the suspected agent’s sem’hal stew. Although treatable, the unpleasant symptoms require her to return to Romulus immediately. The Obsidian Order is pleased. The away team misjudges the amount of Terothka virus needed to send the suspected Tal Shiar agent home. She has the sniffles for a few days, but continues her stay on Cardassia Prime.
The Blood that Binds Medicine
OR
Science
Science Medicine Enabran Tain's involvement in the last Dominion War was sabotaged by a Changeling. With reports that some Changelings can bypass Federation blood screenings, he's asked you to develop a more thorough test. After many attempts, the away team comes up with a scan to detect a Changeling’s morphogenic matrix, even when they are in solid form. This will ensure that the Dominion gets no warning of the Order’s plans. The away team cannot come up with any improvements on the existing blood screening methods to detect Changeling infiltrators, which are fallible at best. Paranoid, Tain struggles to trust any of his staff.

Security As hostility grows between the Dominion and the Romulans, the Federation is trying to broker a peace. It will take a careful team to stop the Romulan representative's cruiser from making it there without any fatalities. While the representative’s cruise makes a supply stop, the away team sneaks aboard to sabotage its warp core. When the Romulans never arrive at the peace talks, the Dominion sees this as further aggression. The away team manages to sneak onto the Romulan representative's cruiser, but they can't find a way to sabotage the cruiser's unfamiliar systems. The Romulans arrive on time for peace talks with the Dominion.
White Lies Diplomacy Security

Engineering The Order has stolen a shipment of ketracel-white headed for a Jem'Hadar training facility. If the white can be planted on a Romulan ship, the Jem'Hadar should be quick to blame the Romulans for their withdrawals. The away team enters the Romulan Neutral Zone undetected and transports the ketracel-white onto a Romulan warbird. When the Jem’Hadar search for the missing shipment, they’ll find it in Romulan hands. With many Romulan ships staying firmly on their side of the Romulan Neutral Zone in the wake of recent unrest, the away team can't get close enough to transport the stolen ketracel-white onto one of their vessels.

A Changeling Voice Security Diplomacy
AND
Command
Diplomacy The Changeling Laas has always been suspicious of solids. If you can convince him to share some evidence of the Obsidian Order's plans with the rest of the Great Link, the Founders may trust his judgment. The away team persuades Laas that this plot against the Dominion is in the Obsidian Order's nature. Not wanting his people to be harmed by solids again, he promises to share the evidence with them. Laas dismisses the away team's proposal as more nonsensical solid lies, refusing to pass their findings along. If the evidence against the Order is to reach Dominion ears, it won't be through Laas.
Breaking Bread Diplomacy
AND
Command
Diplomacy The Dominion would be more willing to trust the Romulans if they sent a formal ambassador to their sector. Convince an active Vice-Proconsul M'ret that his open-mindedness would make him a perfect fit for the job. Instead of defecting to the Federation, M'ret agrees that he would be both safer and more useful to his people as an ambassador. His relatively open-minded ways improve the Dominion's view of Romulans considerably. Already afraid for his life after speaking out against the Senate, M'ret refuses to become ambassador to the Dominion. Such closeness to a recent enemy could have him marked as a traitor for life.

The Dominion has received a report of Romulan attacks near the border of the Delphic Expanse from a suspiciously unidentified Vorta officer. Examine the report to determine its authenticity. Although the report is convincingly detailed, the away team finds several missing sequences which prove that it was fabricated. The Dominion backs down from retaliating against the Romulans. The away team doesn't trust the report of Romulan attacks, but it appears to be genuine as far as they can tell. The Dominion vows to retaliate against the Romulans, despite their denials.

Command Diplomacy Security Once an ally of the Dominion, Dukat blames them for his downfall in the Dominion War. Follow his movements and find out if he is involved in the Obsidian Order's plot against the Dominion. The away team follows Dukat closely and finally caches him meeting with Order operative Corbin Entek. The team records them discussing an attack on a Jem'Hadar camp, and shares it with the Dominion. After shadowing Dukat for a week, the away team fails to find any evidence that Dukat is working against the Dominion, although that doesn't mean that he's not dangerous.

The most recent clone of Weyoun was killed on his way to Xindus when his ship exploded. His successor believes he was attacked, but a detailed analysis of the wreckage may be able to prove it was sabotage. The away team recovers much of the wreckage of Weyoun's shuttle, and interior damage near the ship's impulse drive proves it was sabotaged from the inside by a trained, perhaps Cardassian, operative. The away team only recovers a few large pieces of wreckage from Weyoun's ship, and the exterior hull damage is difficult to classify. The Dominion remains certain that a Romulan attack killed Weyoun.

Security A squad of Jem'Hadar have abandoned their patrol route and are heading straight for Romulan space! Find a way to override their communications and transmit the Founders' orders to halt, before they start a war. When the away team broadcasts visual orders from the Founders, the Jem'Hadar stand down. They claim they received orders from another Founder to attack the Romulans, an order no Founder remembers giving. The away team broadcasts audio to the Jem'Hadar fighter, ordering it to stand down, but its crew believes the order is fake. They attack two Romulan outposts along the Neutral Zone before their ship is destroyed.

Engineering Dejar is an engineer with experience on the Bajoran wormhole's relay station...and a known Obsidian Order operative. Sabotage the station to draw Dejar out so the Dominion can question her on the Order's plans. The away team rewires the station's Cardassian transceiver to malfunction. When Dejar arrives to examine it, the away team quickly captures her. The Dominion will have many questions for an Order operative. Before the away team can reach the wormhole relay station, a passing Bajoran ship hails them, suspicious of their activities. The team cannot lay their trap for Dejar without drawing more attention to themselves.
The Magnificent Keevan Security Engineering Engineering

The most recent Keevan clone has made several trips to the Cardassian system. The Vorta are programmed for loyalty, but the Dominion fears this clone may be defective. Eavesdrop on him and learn his motives. Tapping into Keevan's communications, the away team learns that he is selling Dominion secrets to Cardassia. With the defective Vorta in custody, the Dominion is increasingly wary of the Obsidian Order. The away team fails to compensate for interference generated by Keevan's ship, and their listening device only reveals garbled, unincriminating conversations. If Keevan is somehow a traitor, he's getting away with it.
The Missing Agent Diplomacy Medicine

Medicine Iliana Ghemor was a trusted Obsidian Order operative before her deep cover assignment to Bajor. Interpret her medical records to help a Changeling impersonate her and listen in on an Order meeting. The away team helps the Changeling impersonate Iliana down to the smallest ridges and scars. The disguised Changeling uncovers Obsidian Order plans to make Klingon attacks on Romulus look like Jem'Hadar work. The away team correctly interprets most of the Iliana's medical records, but overlooks a distinctive scar. One of the operatives the Changeling Iliana meets with is suspicious, and the Changeling barely escapes.

The Founders have received frightening reports of a Romulan research facility working on a new form of the morphogenic virus that almost wiped them out. The away team suggests that these threatening rumors were leaked by the Obsidian Order. DIALOGUE FAIL
