Rich Gallup: Hello everybody I'm Rich Gallup executive producer for Disruptor Beam
Tim Crosby: I'm Tim Crosby, game desginer
Rich Gallup: And we're here to talk about another ship, this time the USS Yoyager which is definitely in our game Tim
Tim Crosby: It definitely is
Rich Gallup: Tim tell us about the Voyager
Tim Crosby: Well it's a ship that fits Janeway's style pretty well. She is nice until she is in danger, so if you hit the Voyager it will hit back hard, it is based around counter-attacks
Rich Gallup: So Tim in our game we have variants of things including the ships, for the Voyager it's base model is the Intrepid class, but then the heroic model is Voyager, what is the difference between the two?
Tim Crosby: Overall Voyager is better than the baseline intrepid inherently and it has a special ability that we call modulate harmonics which can reduce the damage you take to zero and counter-attack. Voyager compared to the regular Intrepid class does have an astrometrics lab
Rich Gallup: Oh cool I like the astrometrics lab
Tim Crosby: Right so there's a little bit of 'timey wimey' stuff because this isn't the very first iteration of the Voyager, the astrometrics lab was actually built later so m,maybe it's better to say this is the version of Voyager that's been in the delta quadrant for a little while but hasn't had all of the upgrades yet
Rich Gallup: You're gonna get so burned by someone on the forums for all of this
Tim Crosby: This is Kyle's editing, editing this
Rich Gallup: None of this is making it through
Tim Crosby: No no Kyle's editing this, Kyles editing this because it's not actually the base it's not in fact the first season Vvoyager -
Rich Gallup: Because it has the astrometrics lab
Tim Crosby: It has the astrometrics lab yep
Rich Gallup: Can an anomaly just pull a room into a ship
Tim Crosby: Sure
Rich Gallup: Excellent so it could be the original of the version
Tim Crosby: You know what it is definitely Janeway's voyager
Rich Gallup: And then another version will have the mess hall where I can make Locutus my chef
Tim Crosby: Why not...
Rich Gallup: That's been another ship reveal from all of us here at Disruptor Beam thanks for watching, please like or subscribe we'll see you next time
Tim Crosby: You had it set on fun...
