A Maquis of Tellarite heritage who finds himself aboard an Andorian vessel becomes irate and disappears. Soon after, various malfunctions begin happening throughout the ship. The Andorians ask you to beam aboard and assist them.

Your away team manages to catch the Maquis and convinces him to talk. He reveals the Andorians on this vessel sold out a
settlement to the Cardassians after the Federation left, causing many deaths. You convince him to leave with you for now.
|
Your away team is unable to locate the Maquis as the malfunctions continue.

A Federation vessel has been sabotaged and the few crew who managed to make it back after being displaced have enlisted your help to find out what's going on.

After a thorough investigation, you find a Maquis colonist sabotaging the equipment, his anger directed at the crew who were
there to agree to the Cardassians taking control of a Maquis-dominated planetoid. You assure him you'll help the colonists.

Despite your team's efforts, they are unable to find the culprit. In fact, the ship's shields are critically damaged while your crew is onboard.

After an entire Federation delegation bound for talks with the Cardassians and the Maquis are displaced, a Maquis delegate asks you to find them quickly.

Your away team investigates, talking to anyone and everyone who might have information. The final answer is that the Maquis
leader awakened aboard an abandoned vessel with no life support. The death was not a calculated murder but a tragic accident.

Over the course of their investigation, your away team finds those with the most at stake are also the least willing to talk.

When a member of the Maquis ends up aboard a vessel doing top secret research on a carnivorous breed of plant, the Federation insists that they care for the plants. In a panic, the Maquis asks you to help.
|
Your away team manages to determine the right method of care for the plant with minimal injury, thus maintaining the integrity
of the experiment.
|
Despite your away team's efforts to investigate the plant species, their attempts to care for them only angers the plants and they begin snapping at stray fingers.

A Maquis operative who finds themself aboard a Cardassian flagship asks for your help when they discover the gul aboard the ship has been systematically poisoning the water and land in Maquis settlements.
|
Using the information the operative provides you, you are able to identify the particular poison and where it's been used, so you can synthesize antidotes to counter it.
|
Your away team acts before they have the full details from the operative and they end up causing the pH of the soil in one settlement to go too acidic.

When a Maquis colonist awakens aboard the ship of a civilization with advanced medical technology, he insists they share the technology, as it could save many lives. When they refuse, he becomes violent in protest. Intervene before anyone gets hurt.

Intent on first keeping everyone safe, your away team manages to convince the Maquis to beam aboard their ship. They persuade
him to see that a long-term amicable relationship can yield mutual benefits for both sides.
|
Your away team attempts to intervene and mediate, but having forgotten to declare themselves to the unfamiliar civilization,, they are seen as a threat and attacked.

A Maquis officer has awakened at the helm of a Klingon shuttlepod just inside of the Neutral Zone, just to be surrounded by several decloaking warbirds. As you're closest, they ask for your help.
|
Your away team manages to arrive in time to rescue the officer and persuade the Romulans that despite whatever the intent of
the original crew was, they are no longer aboard. They allow you to lead the vessel out of the Neutral Zone.
|
Despite your away team's intervention, the Romulans still fire on the Klingon vessel.
