Penk and several of his Norcadian colleagues have approached the organizers of the IFAC about broadcasting the competition to the farthest reaches of the galaxy, but Quark protests, insisting he was commissioning new relays. Mitigate their dispute.
Mapping out areas that still need coverage, your away team helps the organizers divide up broadcast territory between the Norcadians (who take on the Delta Quadrant) and QBS (Quark's Broadcasting Service), ensuring both receive lucrative contracts.

Quark comes to you in a huff, asking what the big idea is after all his years of loyalty to the Federation. He is angry that another Ferengi seems to have taken up handling all merchandising and vending for the IFAC. Settle the dispute.
A little investigation reveals the Ferengi Quark mentioned had taken it upon himself to handle the vending and merchandising. You instead hold a public bidding process, allowing other entrepreneurs a fair chance at doing business at the event.
When your away team confronts the other Ferengi businessman, he quickly accuses the Federation of being immoral and being bribed by Quark.

Several athletes are expressing frustration at being pitted against athletes who are larger, stronger, faster, and sometimes not even in the same dimension as they are! However, not every athlete has someone like them to compete against.
Your team adjusts the classes for each event, looks at ways that all athletes can compete, as well as looking at specialized events for competitors who are noncorporeal, energy-based, or transdimensional so they can show their unique abilities.
While investigating ways to incorporate smaller lifeforms, one of the judges is suddenly devoured by Moopsy.

Your away team gathers experts in each event and has them run a bootcamp of sorts for those who will serve as referees, giving them the knowledge necessary to make better judgements on site.
While trying to mitigate a dispute between a referee and a Gorn athlete, a member of your away team is injured.

While helping to treat an athlete for extreme headaches, a member of your team accidentally injures the Ceti eel competitor that had burrowed its way into the other athlete's ear.

UFP representatives are using the IFAC to spread their favorite sports galaxy-wide. From Archer in talks to start an all-quadrant water polo league to Sisko discussing a new baseball stadium on Kaminar, your away team has been commissioned to assist.
Your team assists with everything from negotiation efforts to presentations to even helping Sisko make modifications to a holo-stadium design he's presenting to the Kelpians. Thanks to your efforts, negotiations have made a great deal of progress.
While assisting with Sisko's hold-presentation, a crew member accidentally selects the wrong species to serve as the opposing team, terrifying the Kelpian delegates when Ba'ul in uniforms tear through the holo-stadium.

The IFAC (as Q has dubbed it) has drawn all manner of lifeforms — including energy beings, species who normally inhabit fluidic space, Crystalline Entities — but there aren't facilities to accommodate them all. Ensure that everyone can participate.
Working with engineers and scientists from various backgrounds, your away team is able to assist with modified facilities and modified competitions for non-humanoid lifeforms.
While testing out a venue, a member of your away team is enveloped by a bored and angry Armus.
