Testing samples from a garment they bought, your team finds a fabric the tailor used to cut back on cost is a known skin irritant for many humanoid species- Qdo shuts the shop down for now- Garak struggles to hide his satisfaction with the outcome.

A Ferengi from an era long gone by announces that they bear a lost Rule of Acquisition - an announcement that has sent shockwaves through Ferengi society. Zek asks you to investigate.

The Ferengi has set a prohibitively high price on the missing rule, forcing your team to investigate through other means. Eventually you dig up some Ferengi history, and learn this individual was peddling fraudulent rules in his time as well.

Your away team is unable to make any sense of where the problem lies, but as more customers fall ill, all you can do is recommend Quark suspend his entire new lineup.

New Frontiers, Better Offers

All of a sudden, connections Quark has made in the Gamma Quadrant have begun drying up. He's far from the only one experiencing this. He asks you to investigate.

Your away team finds individuals from across the timeline have begun moving on Quark's customers. You help him by getting him to lean on his present knowledge and consistency, a tactic which ultimately pays off.

Your away team tries to learn the most important points, but finds that the code is purposely dense and ends up hiring a Ferengi legal consultant, who ultimately helps you file the very expensive paperwork and handle the legal dispute.
|
Your away team is unable to parse the very dense Ferengi legal code and when they try to mediate on their limited knowledge, they only deepen the animosity between the two DaiMons.

Untrustworthy Sources

A tip from an anonymous source suggests certain materials may go up in price. Ferengi begin to acquire those materials, finding the tip to be sound. Subsequent tips also yield high profits. But Quark smells something fishy.
