Originally established as a rallying point during the Dominion War at a point between Alpha Caeli and Chi Leonis, Starb{ACE} 216 was dubbed Allied Command Headquarters – Epsilon region, or more often refereed to as “ACE base” by those who frequented the base. One of a new class of starbases Starfleet brought out in the build up to the Dominion War, {ACE} base has more weapons and defensive measures than most other Starfleet bases and can handle resupply and repairs to even the largest Allied fleet ships.
With its location not far from the Paulson Nebula and both the Klingon and Romulan borders, Allied Command Headquarters – Epsilon region became more than just a rallying point for the fleets coming and going to the war zones, it also developed into an important trading outpost. Even once the war was over ships from all the former Allied powers and most trading races still frequent the base. At any given time there are around fifty starships operating in the vicinity of {ACE} base, either on patrol, docked for repair or resupply, or even just allowing their crew shore leave aboard the station.
The base has the most up-to-date weapons and defensive measures, a dozen extra large holosuites, twenty standard-sized holodecks, three decks entirely devoted to civilian business and trade operated under the auspices of the Federation's laws, extensive repair and resupply docks, a variety of guest quarters, and various other amenities common to Federation facilities. There are also dedicated areas for Romulan and Klingon crews to leave their docked vessels and find some small measure of “home”. The base has also become home to an elite cadre of Starfleet officers who maintain the facilities and oversee the base's operations.
There are also unconfirmed reports of a mysterious Federation starship that occasionally visits the station. Docking bay 13 is off limits to all but command-level personnel and many who frequent the base report that it is the dedicated docking bay for the elusive and mysterious ship.
Membership Requirements

- Minimum Captain level 30 / Any VIP Level
- Must donate to StarB{ACE} 216 daily
- Fleet tag {ACE} must be used in game names and in
(for example: {ACE} NAME-RANK) - Must be a team player
- Must be willing to download and communicate with the Fleet via
- We are a friendly community and understands real life takes precedence. If you need to take a break from the game for an extended amount of time, please inform any Command officer prior to any leave. However, in an effort to keep the fleet active, competitive, and the rosters full, any extended absence (14 days) without prior notice to command officers will likely result in your removal from the fleet. Please reference Prime Directive 21.

Promotion Considerations
Every new member who joins {ACE} Fleet will start at the rank of Ensign and will be on a 30 day probation so that we can assess if you are a good fit for the Fleet and to see if this Fleet is a good fit for you. Promotion through the ranks in the Fleet depend on certain factors included below:
- Activeness in the Game/
- Commitment to the Fleet
- Length of Time in current rank
- Willingness to Help Others
- Teamwork
Fleet Prime Directives

| 12. Spending | No member of {ACE} will ever be required to spend money. It is always the individual choice of our members to spend or not to spend. |
| 13. Opinions | People are entitled to their own opinions. |
| 14. Recommendations | FO's will recommend any player deemed worthy of promotion to the Flag Officer's Council (FOC). |
| 15. Promotion | The FOC will promote those deemed worthy under FOD 2. |
| 16. Resignation | Any member wishing to leave the fleet must tell an FO and give reason for such action and will relinquish any rank or responsibility bestowed upon them. (FO's must inform any FOC member in written confirmation via PM) |
| 17. Rules | Any person breaking any said rules will be held accountable at fleet tribunal under FOD 5 with FO's. (Person in question has the right to explain and defend their actions). |
| 18. Intel | Any intel related to game/fleets must be passed as priority one message to any FOC member subsequently then to FO's for verification the intel will be devolved to fleet as verified under FOD 10 as required. |
| 19. Cheating | Cheating in any capacity from an outside source will not be tolerated and result in an instant fleet ban. |
| 20. Fleet Motions | Fleet motions voted on by all FO's will be approved by the FOC and directed through first past the post |
| 21. Fleet Member Inactiveness | Members must be active in DISCORD and in-game. If members are inactive in either for a period of 3 days without prior notification to any FO, they shall be placed on active suspension (AWOL). An FO will attempt to contact that member, if no further contact is made or heard from within the next 3 days (6 total days)the member will be dishonorably discharged from the fleet.
