Many of Starfleet's greatest medical minds have decided to hold a conference, including medical experts from other factions, times, and universes. However, this is easier said than done, so they ask for your help.
After assuaging egos, divvying up speaker times, traveling great distances to transport exports, and overseeing the event, your away team helps coordinate one of the most successful conferences in Starfleet Medical History.
The conference is ultimately canceled after a member of your team accidentally schedules two drastically opposed researchers in adjacent rooms at the exact same time and a fight breaks out between their supporters.

Doctors from different timelines have identified changes along parallel versions of individuals, many at the molecular level. Kovich asks you to aid their efforts to conduct a grander study - while maintaining time and space protocols.
Your away team manages to get enough varied versions of individuals in otherwise comparable health to make the study viable. Utilizing suggested protocols from Kovich, they maintain the security of each timeline.
Your away team's attempts to pull the study and potential research subjects together all result in failure.

A new nanite virus is rapidly destroying Commander Riker's body. A novel surgery is being tried to treat the virus but it requires almost a second identical body as a sort of guide where retained biodata won't do. Find a solution.
You find a slightly younger version of Riker who is too far away to help in person, but using holodeck technology, you connect the two Enterprise sickbays and the surgery is successfully completed remotely.
Your away team is unable to find a version of Riker close enough.

Hikaru Sulu and Keiko O'Brien reach out to you for help with their botany experiment. They want to collect samples from plants arriving via temporal anomaly for many uses, including medicinal, but it is a larger task than they alone can oversee.
Your away team coordinates scientists across the galaxy to receive samples from incoming individuals and ensure they safely reach Sulu and Keiko. The two scientists are grateful.
While attempting to take a sample of a small plant, a member of your away team is attacked by a carnivorous plant.

Several past and future variants of individuals have agreed to work with medics and scientists within reason for the benefit of medical science overall. Doctor Phlox asks you to help oversee the work that involves them.
Your away team members assist and also serve as advocates for the volunteers. As a result, the research and work involving them goes successfully and safely for all involved,
Some of the medical staff begin to push the volunteers for more than they're comfortable with and when your away team members speak up, a dispute erupts.

A temporal anomaly opens right in the middle of Deep Space Nine, creating a catastrophe and resulting in mass casualties. Commander Sisko asks for your help.
You call in reinforcements and travel together to aid Deep Space Nine. There, you help treat patients, transport some to waiting ships or Bajor, and help clear debris and repair the station. Doctor Bashir is incredibly grateful.

Your away team arrives and is unable to do much in the face of insurmountable catastrophe.

Doctors are noticing various ailments afflicting individuals who have arrived via temporal anomaly and are looking for possible solutions. Doctor M'Benga is tinkering with some possibilities involving medical transporters and asks for your help.
After assisting Doctor M'Benga with some test runs and comparing some data, you use the frequencies of those native to this time and universe to shift the frequencies of those from other places and times. This addresses many of the ailments.
While attempting to help Doctor lVl'Benga, one of your away team members is transported and goes out of phase.

The crew of an entire ship has had their molecular structure changed due to chroniton exposure and now become "phased". However, documented solutions from the past have had little effect. Geordi La Forge asks you to help.
You and your away team bring in another version of the crew and use analyses of their bodies and scans surrounding the "phased" crew to determine the right frequency and amount of anyons and antichronitons to bring the crew back in phase.
While attempting to help, members of your crew begin to become transparent.
