Voyager has taken a position on the battlefield in the hopes of aiding in a conflict it originally was left out of, but as damaged as it is, it proves to be a hindrance. The Klingons insist your crew deal with it. Your crew assists Voyager with repairs and fights alongside it, but the damage from the fighting is only worsening the damage taken during the conflict with the Krenim and ultimately the ship is pulled from the battlefield. B'Elanna asks your crew to help when a Delta Quadrant virus that only impacts Klingons spreads like wildfire through the Empire. The Doctor was able to diagnose and treat it during her time on Voyager, but it will take much more to quell an outbreak. Your medical team searches the medical databases and finds data on the medicine the Doctor used to treat the illness as well as a vaccine he created. You begin replicating and sharing these tools with the Empire and the tide of illness soon turns. DIALOGUE FAIL

When a Krenim vessel is attacked, they turn their weapons against the Klingons, who were nearest them when it happened. Worf insists it wasn't a Klingon attack and asks you to intervene and investigate. Your crew talks the Krenim down and convinces them to allow your officers aboard the targeted vessel. You review their data and find that it was actually a Cardassian ship that attacked them. You redirect their concerns to the appropriate party. DIALOGUE FAIL

It seems the Krenim's interference in the timeline has altered her fate as well. You enlist the DTI's help and they take Kes away.
